The staff members there are very kind and professional. Andrew was so positive and knew exactly what to do to assist with my order. I had a large order of a seating chart, place cards, and wedding programs. I'm seriously grateful for Andrew's awesome attitude and efficiency! All the employees were wonderful to work with. Thank you so much for your assistance, kindness, and friendly conversation!

I had the nicest experience, Andrew was the worker who helped us. Despite being the end of the work day, he made sure that the package was packed properly and nicely. When I expressed my concern about how it might be packed, he offered to let me watch without complaint. Andrew made sure to communicate properly everything that we needed to know. Along with the wonderful service it was priced very reasonably. I trust that my package will be handled correctly, and I have no concern about the state it will arrive in. I will definitely trust Andrew, and FedEx, with my package again.

Today I had the pleasure of being helped by Garth. He helped me find a box for the items I needed shipping. He cared enough to find the smallest box for the least expensive price. He explained all my option and helped me pay less.

I was looking to have several prints made of my watercolor paintings but was having terrible luck with other companies who couldn't answer my questions and didn't know how to work their machines. I was incredibly surprised, however, to walk in to this place and have their immediate attention. Staff went above and beyond to make sure my prints were just what i wanted and gave me great advice for how to sell them.

Around noon about a month ago mom needed a document delivered to California by early next day.
I've personally had terrible service prior at the Apple Valley location, expected a hassle arriving to this location but were more than pleasantly surprised.
Had fantastic customer service from a young Ryan, who was very patient, helpful and friendly! Mom, myself and uncle were very happy.

The one-star review must have been a Karen. this store has never been a problem, and prompt. I can understand seeing a licence on returns. If you have to provide a license, you are less likely to return things fraudulently.

Both Christine and Andrew have helped me numerous times. The staff is patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I could not recommend a better place!
