I do have to say that our store is always clean stopped and gives great customer service. We do the best with how many people we have for our Pharmacy staff. We have done everything that we can to get the word out there that we are looking for help in our Pharmacy. But I do have to say that we always do the best that we can for getting prescriptions done. Including when people come in line when they get a text message when over half the time the text message says that it's time to refill a medication not that the medication is ready. There is usually about 600 prescriptions that they have to fill per day also they get people with different refills we get stuff from hospitals we have to do our RSV flu and covid shots. We are literally trying our best. We greatly appreciate everybody's patience. We have also received nice cards and people letting us know how much they appreciate how hard we work everyday. We still have a significant amount of loyalty towards our customers. But please know that it's like this at all pharmacies so even switching pharmacies isn't really going to help very much unfortunately. So I will end this with if you know anybody 18 or older that would like to come to work even if it's just part-time we give paid training. Please send them our way. Ive dealt with Walgreens for a long time and honestly have to say the customer service that Krista in the pharmacy gives is exceptional. She goes out of her way to make sure I got my medication on time. Highly recommend!!

Went to the Lakeville Walgreens off Kenwood Trail, and had a wonderful experience! Diane Burton was so incredibly nice and helpful. I've never been to a Walgreens and experienced the kind of service that Diane gave today. She went out of her way to help me find a hair product that would work for me and brightened my day. Thank you Diane for making my day!

Just switched from another pharmacy. Urgent care sent my rx to my old pharmacy and then when I called (because Walgreens never got it) they resent it to this one. But my insurance wouldn't cover it because it had already been filled at the old pharmacy. The pharmacist got on the phone to try and sort things out but the insurance place was closed by then. They said I could pay and come back today to get it sorted out and refunded. I assumed I was just gonna have to eat this one. Wake up the next day to a voicemail from the pharmacist saying she got everything figured out with insurance and I could come in anytime for the cost adjustment. Totally blown away that she did that on her own and even remembered me today. Definitely sticking with these guys. Previous experiences here have been good but this just was above and beyond. Thank you!

Lori in photo was such a blessing! She’s a woman of her word. I needed a last minute picture , over the phone she said to upload it in time and she’d have it done. Sure enough I come and it’s ready! What fantastic service!

It's my fav. It's small but you can get what you need, kinda like a Walmart but toned down. It's kinda expensive. But you can get a discount card and earn cash back

Looks crazy to rate a place like Walgreens but staffs at this location are awesome. I had my picture taken a couple of times and lady and the guys were so helpful and they made my experience a pleasant experience.
