Great night out to see "Cajun Crawfish Hotdish" perform. Fried pickles were perfectly seasoned and crisp. Their classic burger was excellent, and the chicken street tacos were delicious. The beer selection is very good with many other options for libations. Very nice location on the river. Strongly recommend you visit for a summer evening.

I love City House. The food is basic, quite simple. My wife loves the cheeseburger. My go-to is the chicken nachos, but the Cubano is very good, too. It is self-serve for the most part, so there is little to say about the service. There is a LARGE assortment of beer on tap. But the location/ atmosphere will keep me coming back! City House is right on the Mississippi River. Sipping beer and watching the boats, barges, and tugs go by is delightful.

Food: I've tried several apps and meals, they were all pretty good!

Service: they don't wait on you, but the bartenders/food Service workers have always been friendly.

Atmosphere: always a great atmosphere!

Overall: Great time. Even though it gets busy, it's never been too loud or over crowded. It's a beautiful view of the river too.

Stopped by on the motorcycle today to check it out. Grady M was awesome, very knowledgeable in drink choices, I highly recommend coming here! Great view of Mississippi river/Harriet island.

Great place right on the river to grab a bite to eat. Historic building with views of Harriet Island directly across from you. Smaller menu but excellent food. Also nice selection of craft beers and wine

Amazing evening. Location is the draw, live music, great service, and selection keep you there for the night.

The old grainery building with the added glass garage doors make a great hangout, especially with the dogs. Lots of choices of drink good food truck food and views of the river.

Beautiful industrial venue by the river nestled between Harriet island and downtown St. Paul. Menu is small but tasty (recommend the cubano), and a good place to linger. Kid friendly.

Released a trapped chipmunk and thought to take a walk only to find this treasure. Totally recommend this for a lunch or Dinner. We may have to come down tonight to enjoy some Latin music.

Fun and vibrant spot. One of the very few spots in the Twin Cities for a riverfront experience. (Which is shocking for two riverfront towns.) good cocktails. Great beer list.

An excellent restaurant/bar/gathering spot with a solid beer and wine selection and delicious food (I highly recommend the Cubano Sandwich and fried pickles). We got a spot outside looking over the river and the views are fabulous.

It was very beautiful to sit down by the river and have the wind blow through the building while sipping beers and eating some fine food. I enjoyed my cubano.

A Beautiful Evening hour spent by the river. Friendly and casual atmosphere, quick service, food was good. Dog friendly!

We didn't even know the place was there until we took one of those river boat cruises out of Harriett Island and saw it from the boat. After the cruise we went over there and wow, what a place. They did a great job notating the historical artifacts located throughout the building, the view is awesome, the food is excellent and unlike brewery's or cidery's, they sold all types of spirits to include signature cocktails.

Such a great place! Very nice and open and the closest you can get to drinking a beer on the river be without actually being on the river!

The Raspberry Mojito was great. The Nachos were some of the best restaurant quality ones I've had. The curds were solid, and while IMO the sweetness of the raspberry jam was too much for a curd, the spicy jam was still cool to see.

Beautiful location, cool spot to relax on the water, watch the boats. Lots of space inside and tables and chairs outside. Good food and drink options, surprisingly good selection of both. They had yard games inside, too, so that is always a fun option. Love that they took this historic place and made it a modern hang out. Information about the history on the walls
