Went to send my grandparents a small package on the 18th & paid for express so it would be there before the 25th. To my horror it was shipped to my address with no return to sender or any note saying address doesnt exist. Luckily I kept the receipts.

I went here to renew my passport Dec 4 2021 for international travel in March of 2022.. These ladies are the most dysfunctional group of people I have ever met. Not only as of today (2/8/2022) do I still not have my passport. But the reason is because they held on to it until December 17, 2021 and it was not received by the passport agency until December 23, 2021 so chances are I will NOT have my passport on time thanks to these ladies and their complete lack of care and the concern to follow policy. They were to busy talking to boyfriend last or husbands in the lobby and acting like fools…
