My cat was showing odd head shaking behavior and I was able to get in quickly at this vet. The doctor and tech were kind and very helpful. They were able to help me cat get the treatment and care she needed and get me on the calendar efficiently for follow-ups. Price a little higher than other vets, but the quality is well worth it!

Let me start by saying, our family has been coming to Chaska Valley Vet for more than 20 years. I grew up in Chaska, and also grew up taking my pets to see Dr Jody. She was there when my pets were babies, and she was there to help them cross the rainbow bridge when it was their time. Chaska Valley Vet is a wonderful establishment, with compassionate and caring staff. Now as an adult, I take all my pets to CVV and more specifically to see Dr Alyssa. She is always so caring, and genuinely loves all my pets as much as I do. She is so great at laying out all the options, and is straight forward when you need guidance and answers. Additionally, anytime my pets have seen any of the veterinary staff at CVV outside of Dr Alyssa, they bring the same care and attention to detail that you would want to see for your fur babies. I also love to see that staff retention is very consistent, and I rarely see a new face, which tells me it’s also a good place to work. Yes, the cost is a bit more than some of the surrounding vet clinics, but I will never sacrifice quality and caring, for saving a few bucks when it comes the health and safety of my pets. All of this to say, I am so happy with Chaska Valley Vet, and I know you will be too.

Always amazing and helpful. They are amazing to work with when we share a client who is boarding with us and needing a vet visit when their parents are out of town. The staff is wonderful and caring.

Our hometown veterinarian clinic. Our dog has been cared for here for 12 years. They are always welcoming. They help Buddy to be calm and cooperative. And, they are always professional, offering helpful guidance and treatment.

They saved our dog Chloe's (my profile pic) life a while back when she developed an allergy to her dog food (kibble). They recommended a different brand, Science Diet Biome. She got better a few days later, completely better . She'll be 16 in January.

I could not recommend a place more highly than Chaska Valley Vet Clinic. Dr. Jody Elsen supported our family through an incredibly tough decision of putting our beloved lab Max down. Not only did Dr. Elsen and the entire staff at Chaska treat us with the utmost compassion and kindness, but we felt supported by friends during this difficult period. This is not to mention the incredible care we received over the years for Max as well. This is truly a special place and I hope dearly we will be back with our future animals. Thank you for all your support!

This is such an excellent vet. Each doctor and technician we’ve seen here is so kind and helpful. Especially Dr. Cross, who helped us get an international certificate for our cat Bonnie when we moved to the Netherlands.

My experiences at Chaska Valley Veterinary Clinic have all been positive. The veterinarians and vet techs there have always been very caring and knowledgeable - both with our cat and dog. They have also been responsive to my needs for value in regard to cost and have tried to offer options that fit my budget when possible.

Love the caring professional staff at CVV. We had multiple health issues with our aging dog and the we staff helped us along this journey until we said goodbye. The vet explained options thoroughly during our last visit with Charlie as we said goodbye.

We continue to use them for our other two dogs and can't imagine going anywhere else.

Chaska valley vets really do care. All the staff are animal lovers. I don't ever feel judged if my puppy is excitable, when I'm working on socializing him and another dog is there. They're so patient and understanding.

Dr. Quast and the staff at Chaska Valley are the best. We moved away from the area and still drive over a half hour each way to have our dog cared for here. Can’t say enough good things.

The BEST vet in the West Metro!!! Highly recommend. As customers for 20+ years, CVVC has provided great care for our family dogs and the doctors provide constant communication regarding our pets. When our dog was little & fighting a stomach bug, our vet called us every day (literally) for 2 weeks to check in. Just a small example of the kind of quality care CVVC provides. We're so happy we chose Chaska Valley!

They checked in with me every other day to make sure my furry baby was doing well after being seen by the vet.

Chaska Valley Vet is amazing! They are super friendly, truly care about their patients, and value the owner's knowledge of their pet. Dr. Cat Cross treated my dog and she was wonderful! She heard my concerns and is working with us to give our dog the best life possible.

I have been using Chaska Valley as long as I have been living in Chaska (12 years). They are top notch and have taken wonderful care of my senior kitties. Calvin, who crossed the bridge 1 month after his 18th birthday, was treated with love and respect during this process. I was able to hold him until the end. Thanks to Dr. Jody and Sergio for their help and comfort during this time. I I would recommend them to anyone who wants the best care for their pets.

The staff at every level is friendly, professional, calm and efficient. As our dog and cat enter their golden years, we appreciate the special care they receive to help them live there best lives. The doctors are thorough in their assessments and provide detailed explanations of the issue at hand. This is so helpful in making educated choices. Clear communication is the one thing I value most. I highly recommend!!

We have been taking our dog to Chaska Valley since he was pup. Every time we visit, we are met with the utmost professionalism and care. It is evident that the doctors are deeply passionate about the work they do and it shows in the care they give our dog. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Recently chose Chaska Valley Vet for our two boys. How welcoming they were to all of us! Very comfortable in waiting area or exam rooms. And then our oldest boy, had a serious health issue. The gentle, kind care and thoughtfulness every staff person showed us, helped so much. They recommended more extensive diagnosis at Pet Hospital. He was put down later that day... Chaska Valley Vet called it correctly and handled us all with great care. Enter new puppy about a week later!! We couldn’t wait to get him started at an amazing Vet care facility! They took excellent care of the puppy, and we look forward to visits at ChaskaValley Vet! Thank you for loving and caring for our furry boys!

Very friendly staff. The doctor and nurse that spay my rabbit were very knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. They explained all I need to know, they groomed my rabbit with minimal additional charges. They called back the next day to check up on my rabbit. I'm very impressed and will bring her back for any need.

We had to make a tough call based on quality of life for our senior dog. Dr. Cat was amazing, respectful, sincere, understand and overall loving. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of her other 2 vet tech ladies but all of them did a phenomenal job making him feel comfortable, happy and loved.

This was out first time using this veterinary clinic, we will be using this clinic as our primary from now on for the rest of our zoo of animals.
