LeVahn Bros. Plumbing and Hardware Hank

Great hardware store where they know how to help you with your project! I stopped in to have deadbolt and door set (Schlage) rekeyed. It took all of 15-20 minutes and was done perfectly. I had the "original" key with the number which helped with the accuracy, but staff member was very helpful.

The people of Hardware Hank know there stuff and know there store inside and out. I went to Home Depot for a delta cartridge and online their website said they had 5, but got in store none to be found. I went up to Fergusons in Rogers and the guy at the front desk gave me the wrong cartridge and said it would work. It didn’t. I forgot the gentleman’s name from hardware hank but he took me right back to where the delta cartridges were and matched the numbers exactly to the old cartridge I had in my hand. He was kind enough to walk be through how to install the cartilage and made sure I left with some plumbers grease for o rings. What a great experience. I will be coming back for any home repair needs. Priced fairly also cartridge was 2 dollars cheaper than Home Depot.

I’ve grown to love this place. At first I thought they would be too small to have what I need for house projects but every time I call, they have what I need. When I show up, a staff member always walk me me to the product and give me some advice. So much better than going to Lowe’s or Home Depot. I’m also always in and out in less than 10 minutes. Great neighborhood hardware store.

I had a leaking flex hose from a 20 year old Kohler faucet and could not find the replacement part anywhere because it had been discontinued. When I found it online the retailers would have it listed as out of stock of discontinued. I called Hardware Hank and Chris was able to have the part for me in 3 business days. Excellent customer service!

The plumbing service agent was super patient and helpful figuring out what part I needed!

Had a pinhole leak in our main supply pipe in our basement and found our old main shutoff gate valve just below the leak didn't fully close due to age and lack of use. Put in a request over the weekend (leak started Easter Sunday, of course) and first thing Monday morning had a call from Andy to get details on our issue. Andy coordinated with the city on our behalf to have our water shut off at the street the next morning and had a plumber out an hour after that. Andy was also extremely polite and patient when I had to call him back a couple more times to ask some other random questions about the job. I had called a couple other places for estimates/scheduling and no one was able to confidently coordinate our repairs and answer questions as quickly as LeVahn Bros.

I am unfortunately blanking on the name of the plumber who came out to do the work (I want to say Brad?) but regardless, he was also friendly and professional, explained our options, and executed the repair flawlessly. He replaced our degraded valve and the main supply pipe from the meter to the water softener and cleaned up the puddle that was left from the leak.

While I certainly hope I don't need to call a plumber again anytime soon, LeVahn Bros is definitely up at the top of my list for future jobs.

Super fast and great price. I called them at 7am, and there were here at 9am. Way cheaper than I expected too.

Why would anyone go anywhere else for plumbing supplies? The store manager has an incredible level of knowledge of every potential fitting or device. They are incredibly helpful and friendly.

I drive past over a dozen neighbor hardware stores and two big box home improvement stores to get here. This is the place to go!

I had my car radiator break near here I went in to find tape or anything to get me home and the amazing people working in here were the biggest help I could have asked for. They walked to where my car was broken down helped find out what went wrong then grabbed parts and tools from inside and fixed it. They only let me pay for the parts needed even when I offered cash for the labor, I absolutely would not have been able to fix it myself saved me an expensive tow truck or risk damaging my car further. Can't thank them enough, would buy all my plumbing and hardware goods from here. Highly Recommend.

These guys were super helpful. They didn't have the part I needed but pointed me to exactly where I needed to go. Went too a couple of Home Depots and a Menards and got zero help. I will start going here first from now on.

I had an old water pressure pump that had started to leak and needed some advice on how to repair the pump or install a new one. I was referred to LeVahn by a friend and called to explain my situation. I worked with Andy, who asked all the right questions and came up with the most cost-effective solution. He challenged what I thought was the only way to move forward and solved my problem for about 20% of what I thought I’d pay. I appreciated their thorough, cost conscious approach and will recommend them to all my friends. Thank you, Andy and LeVahn Brothers.

Very good experience. Employee pulled right what I needed off the shelf. Very knowledgeable about items on shelf.

The 2nd one a while later that I got the employee who acted like he knew what he was doing did not pull the right one off the shelf and it don't fit so the water keeps seeping around the toilet flapper in the toilet tank. This one is flimsy and made poorly. Very unhappy with my service and don't think employees were knowledgeable at all. Also stuck with a purchase I can't return.

I wish I could give them 10 stars!!! I had a water heater that was leaking and didn't want to buy a lessor quality water heater from the big box stores. I didn't want to pay a plumber to install a quality product either. I stumbled across LeVahn and called them when they opened up and inquired if they had the water heater I needed. They were able to secure one a few hour later. Since I was having to shut the water off, I decided it was time to replace the water softener as well since it was just as old as the water heater. I went home and installed the water heater and the fittings for the vent was different from the original. I went back and Andy the plumber helped me get the correct parts to finish the install. I was extremely impressed that they were so accommodating to me with my numerous questions and help me get it installed correctly. A HUGE Thank you to Chris and Andy!!! BTW I live about 25 minutes west of their store and drive past several big box and other local hardware stores to get there. I will continue to patronize their store due to the customer service I received.

We had some plumbing work done and help with getting some permits completed on a rental property. Andy was so kind and knowledgeable helping us get everything set up and keeping us in the loop throughout the process. The plumber, Dave who came out was just as wonderful to work with. A great company we definitely plan to use in the future and would be happy to refer them to anyone.

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable. My water softener leaked the resin core and plugged my hot water heater and everything else in the house. LeVahn's got someone out the same day to replace the softener and flush-out the water heater. The tech was friendly and explained how to use the new softener. Great experience.

LeVahn Bros has been my neighborhood hardware store of choice for 20 years and when I decided to remodel my kitchen, I got a quote for all of the plumbing work and was very happy with their approach to the plan which included adding a new gas line for a commercial cooktop. I had the most positive experience working with Andy LeVahn and his team. Planning and execution was flawless, customer service and communication was outstanding, the quality of their work was excellent and their pricing was fair. We hired LeVahn to do some major plumbing work as part of a basement remodel. This was probably the third or fourth time we had used them. The scope of work included digging up a concrete floor, replacing all drain lines. They moved a gas line and also changed out the above ground plumbing stack. Basically, all drain lines in the house were replaced. While this kind of project is scary and expensive, we really never had any concern that the job would get done right. And it did! Dave is an amazing plumber, very responsive to our desires. He communicates clearly and is a joy to be around (additive laugh). Andy is a great project manager, always gets back to me quickly and effectively. My wife and I would wholeheartedly recommend LeVahn for any plumbing need. If you want to get the job done right, hire these guys!

LeVahn Brothers is a fantastic Hardware and Plumbing Store. Excellent service! We always go to LeVahn first because of the sincere and genuine excellent service. I love this place. The tall guy is very helpful. Sorry don’t know his name. He has helped me twice in the last month. Once to get a part for my water heater and the other for abs pipe. He helped explain what I needed to do to fix the leaky pipe. The prices are a little more but for the knowledge they provide and convenience it’s totally worth it.

Great work and awesome customer service! Helped out with a large project recently. I stopped in the store and they were very helpful with a temporary solution and we scheduled an estimate the next week. They promptly followed up after the quote was agreed upon and the work was scheduled and completed soon after. The job took slightly longer and they were very fair and stuck with the original estimate. Highly recommend.
