Just spent almost an hour working with Keith to find my husband and me the best shoes. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and both left very happy. Highly recommend!

Ramsey was absolutely amazing on mother's day I brought my 87 year old mother to be fit and tied with clip laces which he gracefully took care of all her inputs. She had many but he was the best! She has never been fitted and so happy with her shoes!

Called the St. Paul location and Brian helped me navigate the world of really big running shoes. Ended up being in the Maple Grove neighborhood and stopped in.

Rob let me in two minutes before opening time. He was totally low-pressure, patient, and funny. He talked me through Stability v Neutral shoes and ended up finding me a pair of 15EEEE Brooks shoes. We had to order them, but that was free and if they don't fit I won't have to pay.

Instead of being a scary experience it ended up being a bright point in my day. Thank you Rob!

Heard about this place from people on Facebook. Took my son there to get shoes for track this year. A tiny lil blonde girl with a forearm/wrist tattoo of XOXO helped us out. Very professional, very polite. Came out with 3 pairs of shoes and my son liked the first pair. He asked if they had all black and she came out with black w/ white soles and said I'm sorry this is all we have. We took them. My son has been wearing them and loving them. So to that girl thank you for helping my son out. You are awesome.

There is no reason to get shoes anywhere else. Best prices , most helpful staff, great selection and easy to get to location.

Needed new running shoes and came to the right place! Even busy the customer service was excellent. I was able to try on multiple shoes and left with exactly what I was looking for. Even when I realized the shoes were a bit too small, the exchange was seemless. Thank you so much. I will be back for my next pair!

Just finished looking at shoes for my Boyfriend, ended up getting a pair myself! Ryan helped us and it was honestly the best shoe experience I've ever had. The place is so comfortable to be in, and Ryan was super friendly and informative. We both went with Brooks Ghost 14 and they felt amazing. They really look at your feet and how you walk and they are really considerate of your opinion. What more can I say? Thank you Ryan for the wonderful service! We will definitely be back one day!

Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff! The staff member took time to listen to my concerns, analyzed my gait, and brought many options. Loved working with TC Running! Jordan helped my fiancé and I find shoes for an upcoming 5k and she was so sweet! We tried on a bunch of different kinds of shoes and were both able to walk away with ones we loved! The prices were lower than we expected too which was amazing! We will definitely be back!

I first came in here about 5 years ago as a total running rookie. They were super kind and helpful with getting me the right shoes and I’ve never gone elsewhere since. A great business that we’re lucky to have in MG.

I have fairly large feet, and they actually had several shoes for me to try and pick from, which is really unusual. Actually getting to try on shoes before purchasing isn't a usual thing for me.

Went to the Eden Prairie location. Best retail experience in the casual/running shoe category. Great selection, exceptional staff. Run Squad discounts and extras are helpful.
Would never shop elsewhere. Also visited the Maple Grove vacation last week and bought two more pair.

In this mean, old world: a calm, smart reassuring place to shop. While they don't stock all brands, they carry the most popular in our market. As a Brooks, NB and Hoka enthusiast, they're a perfect fit for me.

I visited this store for the first time and I was very happy with the service that I got. Cameron, a sales person at the store, immediately came to me to help me in picking out the shoes that I was looking for. He helped me narrow down the kind of shoe that would work for me as well as explaining why the this shoe would work. He even had me test out the shoes he brought by having me run back and forth in the store. Overall, I was very impressed and satisfied by my visit.

Went to TC Running Co because my running club was offered a discount. But, will return because it was such a GREAT experience. Customer Service was awesome during in store visit! Then had to order shoes in my size and color. Shipped to my door at no additional charge. Got the shoes in 2 days and they are perfect! GO SEE THEM - fun place and great service!
