Very glad I contacted Justin and Computronix. Had a laptop from elsewhere that was certainly about to fail. Justin had several choices of business grade laptops to choose from, and he guided me through the selection. Then, they got updates on it, transferred my files, and configured as I was expecting. Had it ready for me in a short and reasonable amount of time. I'm entirely pleased. I'm convinced that this business is the best source for high grade, solid, well equipped computers. I would send anyone to them.

When my teenage son’s gaming computer build wouldn’t boot, we took it to Computronix after an overwhelming pile of recommendations from a neighborhood social media group. They got it running less than 2 days later for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Justin Hardee is the MOST professional computer expert I have ever worked with (now many years). He knows his stuff! Justin goes above and beyond just setting up computers and printers and installing software (making sure everything is working properly before he leaves). But he also put together my new, in-the-box office chair for me. He is happy to make home calls for service when he is not in his computer store. He also has refurbished computers for sale in his office. I give him the highest recommendation for his service! I now consider him to be a good friend to have and I treasure this friendship.

Wonderful store! Owner has a lot of knowledge and was very helpful with choosing the right computer for what I needed. Didn’t just push the expensive products like big companies. They actually take the time to understand what you plan to use it for and get you the right product.

This company and its people the employees are fantastic at their jobs and also are diligent with their work. They have a full understanding of the computer systems that they operate with and know how to fix clean repair anything electronics you bring them to do with computers. Great experience with Computronix - wireless printer would not work. Contacted Computronix, explained the problem then scheduled in-home appointment with Justin Hardee (owner). He arrived on time, immediately identified the problem and repaired it, explaining all that he did. What a delight to have the printer operational again! While visiting his store, I also found the exact laptop to replace my old laptop - experience all around was top-notch. Before going to Computronix, I had gone to a big box store - the experience there was abyssmal (lot of fast-talk sales pitches, questions not answered, transferring data from old laptop to new one took over a week to complete, did not deliver on what they said and though I paid for tech support, there were additional hidden charges), and ultimately, I ended up returning the computer I purchased there as well as Microsoft package and cancelled the annual subscription for tech support as this store simply failed its mission. My experience with Computronix - straight talk, clear answers to all my questions, fair and reasonable pricing, no promises that cannot be delivered, extremely knowledgeable about various products. In-store appointments not necessary, and in-home appointments completed in a timely manner. COMPUTRONIX IS THE PLACE TO GO - bypass the big box stores and save yourself both time and money!
