They are always helpful when you come in, if you have any questions, they will answer them for you, they give suggestions depending on what your buying, and if you ask they might tell you what’s hottest in the store. I love the store, and I love the people that are there!

Northway Tobacco is by far THE BEST tobacco shop you could go to! All the employees are super knowledgeable of the products and give good recommendations if you are ever unsure of what to get! I’ve tried going to other places but nothing compares to the service and products that I get at northway! 11-10 will always go here, and you should as well!

Fast friendly service, competitive prices for the area so to be honest if I'm in the cities I'll try to hit a smoke shop then just to save a few bucks. I still give em 5 stars because it is close to where I live so the extra buck or 2 are worth it for the convenience

Honestly the best Smoke Shop to goto! I’ve been going here for 7 years! They are very well knowledgeable on all there products, out of the 7 years never had a problem with them they are extremely nice, you feel welcomed every time!! Hands down Love this shop!

Every time I come here the employees are very friendly and are willing to cut breaks if you don't have everything all up front they're very negotiable and it's a very pleasant experience the one person that left a bad review (kirnd) is a clown and gave a bad review because the tobacco store wouldn't buy his garbage products

Personally, this is my favorite Tobacco shop I have ever been to. For some reason, with most shops, who ever is working them or running them are grumpy as hell and seem annoyed about guests. Maybe I have only been to bad shops before, I don't know? I do know that when I stop at this shop I never feel like I have to rush in and out. Everybody who works here is extremely friendly. If you have had trouble finding a tobacco shop that cares about the guests like I have, then give this place a try for sure.

The BEST Smoke Shop in TOWN. Has everything from hanpipes to waterpipes to torches and more definetly coming back here!!! The customer service was at its BEST really had a good experience. And PRICES are very low. You guys made it a day.

Always knowledgeable people who can help you, weather cigars or anything related to tobacco and glass pipes. Also they always have new products that are always on display that always go fast because of how cool they can be. Most of things include pickle Rick and other MN legit items, and glass pipes that more look like glass art than anything else.

I accidentally bought the wrong piece of glass, but when I brought it back unused they replaced it for the right glass! (The piece I needed was the same price.) Northway is my one stop shop for all my needs. Come here and you won't be disappointed!

My FAVORITE place to stop for my smoking needs. Staff are very friendly and always greet my husband and I on our way in. Even scored a free lighter here and there from the owner. I recommend stop at this local location. It's worth it!

Wasn't sure exactly what I was supposed to be picking up for a friend, and with curbside-only in effect I couldn't go in and ask too many questions, but they did a great job helping me figure it out. I'll definitely return.
