We’ve ordered cupcakes from them several times and they’re always a hit!!! Super easy to communicate with as well. They were super accommodating of my niece’s egg allergy as well. Highly recommend!

For simply divine gluten free cakes, Amy’s Cupcake Shoppe is easily the best choice! We were looking for a small wedding cake for our family to enjoy and Amy’s was able to fit so much love and beauty into the perfect sized cake. They made the entire selecting and ordering process a breeze to make sure the cake they made would be exactly what we envisioned. Creativity knows no limits in what Amy’s could provide including an extensive list of flavors to choose from and ways the cake could be assembled and decorated. Pickup was a piece of cake (haha, pun absolutely intended) and the cake not only looked beautiful but the almond flavor we went with tasted amazing!

We took a macaroon class with Jenn. It was amazing! Our macaroons turned out almost professional and tasted great. Jenn was very patient and a great teacher.

You walk in the door and are immersed in the beautiful scent of the bakery. As for the goods themselves they're beautifully arranged in the display case. There were about a dozen and a half flavors of macrons, a dozen flavors of cupcakes, and half dozen cookie sandwiches. We got about 6 macrons, 3 cupcakes, and 2 cookie sandwiches (large family). Overall I'm very impressed. I got a honey lavender macron, which usually is a cop out flavor for bakeries since you don't really taste the subtle flavors. However the flavor was delicious. Not to intense or too subtle. The cookie sandwich was butterscotch oatmeal and very crispy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back!

Stopped on for a few a sweet treat, I chose this chocolate cupcake with coffee buttercream frosting dipped in ganache and finished with slivered almonds.

Amy's Cupcake Shoppe is so incredibly talented! We work with them for our fundraising events with CornerHouse MN and they are so phenomenal and flexible to our needs. In April we had an event at the Hutton House and they provided our to-go sweet treat; mini cupcakes in our 35th anniversary colors and it really was the perfect thank you to our guests. We received so many compliments on the little desserts!!! The fact that they can make a cupcake taste that good and look that pretty all at the same time is amazing. We highly recommend using Amy's Cupcake Shoppe for your special event. They are easy to work with and take your vision and bring it to life. They will not disappoint <3

I do believe this is my new favourite cupcake place! I love cupcakes but I hate overly sweet frosting. Amy's cupcakes have the perfect amount of sweetness so you can actually enjoy the whole cupcake without feeling the need to chase it with a gallon of water. My daughters LOVED the macarons as well, and the flabours were on point. I definately will be stopping in again. Perhaps I'll try that little icecream store next door too.

A wonderful local gem! Located conveniently on Main St., in downtown Hopkins. The cupcakes are delicious! Even more, is the way that this small businesses contributes to the local Hopkins school community. We appreciate your support to education. Our families loved the donation for our Family Jazz Night.

Amy’s did an amazing job for our events. We have used Amy’s as a vendor for our wedding (cake and macaroons) and most recently our gender reveal! We couldn’t be happier with the taste, quality, and communication Amy’s offered. We needed a gluten free cake for the wedding, and it was one of the best gluten free cakes I’ve ever had. Sometimes gluten free falls flat, but Amy’s did a great job!

I also highly recommend their macaroons (especially lemon and Earl Gray flavors), pumpkin spice cupcakes and custom cookies!

Ordered 50 cake pops for my office today - They were customized to our company colors and everyone really loved them! So glad we found a woman-owned business to support while getting delicious and special treats for our event. Thank you Amy’s!

So far so good. I have been there once and tried variety of macaroons and they were all scrumptious 😋 I am looking forward to trying the gluten free 🧁 . They didn't have many left when I was there so I will be coming back to try those. I have to say the pumpkin 🎃 spice macaroon was so good, I think that one was my fav of the ones I tried.
Been back multiple times and it is still yummy and I have tried gluten free and vegan cupcakes and they are excellent as well.

Fantastic company to work with!! We worked with Jenn for the most part for our wedding last month. She was very friendly, professional, and flexible. Due to border restrictions, our guest list was cut down significantly and we had to change the order of our cupcakes. She was very understanding, and brought our price down quickly.

I got my sons 1 year old smash cakes and cupcakes from here and they were perfect! So great to work with, easy pick up, and they were delicious! I had them made vegan and it is so great to have that as an option! Non vegans LOVED the cupcakes too :) also go to Amy’s for my occasional treat and it’s such a cute and cozy shop in a great location as I love downtown Hopkins! HIGHLY recommend.

Awesome little local bakery shop in downtown Hopkins. I was amazed by the selection of gluten free vegan cupcakes that they carry in so many flavors. They all taste so fresh and the amount if sugar is just right.
Definitely a gem of Hopkins!

The cookies we custom ordered were beautiful, not to mention they tasted great too! Very friendly staff and very cute shoppe. Would definitely recommend and will be back soon!
