Gretchen Santa is extremely knowledgeable about health insurance and she makes sure I understand everything she is saying. She is very comfortable to talk with and never rushes me to pick my options until she is sure I understand. I have worked with Gretchen for several years and I have no desire to a work with anyone else. She clearly explains everything and if I don’t understand something she will explain it until she’s sure I understand. I never feel rushed with her. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

My brother and I received a lot of good help and support from Matt when determining if we should stay with Blue Cross Blue Shield or change to U-Care. Wow! We have had excellent service both times we used Crosstown Insurance . They found exactly what we needed and could afford for our auto and renters insurance.
