This is my all-time favorite place in the twin cities for quick meal. I honestly think it beats out Cracker Barrel in food quality and service.

We really enjoy enjoy this Country Kitchen. The food is never a disappointment. Our favorite is the fried chicken dinner. Real comfort food. The wait staff is always polite, cheerful, and helpful. Prices are great too. Kevin the owner/manager usually stops to see how things are.

Loved the food. Had Shepherd's Pie and the Cod Basket. And also the German Chocolate Mocha. Will be back for sure.

Huge menu. Portions were generous. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dining room as spacious. Food (country fried steak and eggs with pancakes) was quite good. Easy to recommend this place. Update 3-26-2022: it's comforting that some great things don't change. Great food, great atmosphere, great price all make this a great spot to celebrate loosening pandemic rules.

Stopped in on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. The waitress was friendly and helpful. Our food came out fast and everything was very tasty. My brother modified his order and they didn't mind at all and it came out correct. I haven't been here in years but will definitely put it back in my rotation. If you want a good old fashioned meal, this is the place to go.

Just recently, we decided to head over here for lunch. They seemed really busy, but were able to seat us relatively quickly. Of course they seemed to be prompt with their service, from being there when we ordered our food, to when we got our food. At no time did they make us feel rushed at all. I decided on the fried fish combo with some fries. As I was really craving it, and it seems to on the menu, of the various places, that I have been to recently. I have to say that not only were the fries seasoned with only a small amount of salt, but they actually tasted fresh, without that really deep fried taste at all. My fish, was not only fried all the way through, but I liked how it seemed to have just the right amount of flakeness to it. It was refreshing to have such a good meal here. It would be fun to go back, at least to try maybe a salad, or maybe even a burger as well.

My favorite item to order here is their Country Fried Steak and their country gravy is good! Everytime we cheat, we go to this place. If you want comfort food then come visit. The service is good. And they have bottomless hot chocolate with whipped cream.

Great food, neighborhood feel. I love coming to eat here. My wife and I enjoy the food, and the service is excellent. Breakfast here is our favorite but we have also tried other menu items. So far, there is nothing on this menu that I do not like. Can you say, "GREAT OMELETTES", ?? OR GREAT Sausage gravy and biscuits??? You have got to love it all.

We were in yesterday june 17th 2021 at around 11:30am with a group of 9 for our aunts birthday. There was a little mix up with the timing of our food but the staff was so great about it and did everything they could to make it a good experience for us, they brought out free appetizers while we waited for our order and the waitress kept our drinks filled and payed attention to every detail. Our waitress was a very pleasant young woman with a long brown ponytail and I wish I would have gotten her name again before we left so I could put it here, she was the best waitress I have probably ever had, she took each of our 9 orders perfectly and remembered every small detail down to exact amount of extra sauces and ingredients taken off of orders. When our food came out it was perfect and everyone ate absolutely as much as they could. I will definitely be a returning customer again and again and I'm sure the rest of the family will too. Thank you so much for everything so nice for us.

Had a party of 7 on a Sunday at noon. The waitress was awesome. Very Attentive to special requests. The food came it was a good size portions, cooked the way it was special requested, and there was 2 real picky people in our party. It tasted great. A great place to eat, and a nice experience.

This was the last restaurant we went to once the CoVid quarantine began last year, and now that we can enjoy going out a few times we naturally come back to our favorite restaurant. The staff is great, several of the wait staff are getting to know us as regulars. After having drive through fast food and occasional takeout the past year coming to this Country Kitchen is a real treat and we are treat like royalty. And the food is fantastic! Highly recommend for a nice relaxing meal and comfortable atmosphere close to home.

The Country Kitchen in New Hope is always a great place to eat. We've been going there since the late 80's and have always been very happy with the food and the service.

My children have fond memories of eating there through the years. It has been a part of the family.

I've driven by this place more times than I can remember, and can't figure out why I haven't frequented sooner. Great food and friendly service! Will definitely make it a point to visit more often.

My server Brenda was fantastic and one of the best I’ve come across. It was a breath of fresh air! Also, the pancakes were seriously the best ever. Eat your heart out Perkins! I’ve found a new place for breakfast!

Good, old-fashioned cooking at its best. The service here is excellent, the servers are polite and courteous, and the portions are great. I’m always willing to go here and with the local fliers having coupons available, it just makes it more affordable to enjoy more often.

Whats to say... look its Country Kitchen, ok? This is not fine dining, but it is a solid Country Kitchen that has been in this community for a long, long time. I was surprised how much of a community vibe I get going there. Prices are good, food is solidly what you expect from this type of establishment, staff is above average nice. I can take by whole crew of 8 and always get a spot immediately. Something for everyone on the menu, and and not break the bank.

Food was fast, greasy and favorable! We enjoyed the pancakes, topped tatters and open face pot roast and mashed potato. Gravy was delicious! We will definitely come back!

Delicious comfort food, good service and great prices. I would go back again if it was anywhere near me.
