Love Northern Tool. I always get great customer service at their stores!

May 3rd purchase with an issue with the store computer delayed processing our credit card. The manager that day did everything he could to try and get our purchase entered. There was a register computer glitch and could not process our purchase. We did take the merchandise home and went back a couple days later to get a receipt. I had a photo copy of the purchase from my iPhone and wanted to ensure the extra warranty we paid for would be applied. Still unable to resolve until today, May 8, when manager Cory was able to get the situation resolved. Appreciate Cory's commitment and the manager who tried to help us on the 3rd. Corporate had advise Cory that the credit did not process reason I was back in the store today to get a receipt. Our statement showed up today and when checking all the details, the charge did process. Now there is a duplicate charge to be resolved. I did call Cory and let him know and he said he'd contact corporate to resolve. My compliments to a great team!

Bob W (the cashier) was exceptionally helpful when I needed a few things. Thank you Bob, I will be returning to this store again!

Believe it or not, this was my first trip into a Northern Tool but it will be far from my last. What was shown online as in stock was indeed, in stock. That already puts them to the front of the pack. I was there for something specific so didn't get to browse as much as I'd of liked, that said I was very impressed with the layout and ease of finding things. They've got the biggest selection of Milwaukee and Dewalt tools that I've seen to date and I very much look forward to looking deeper when time allows.

Staff is always pleasant and helpful.......store stock is good.

Great Place Always Find What I Need

My favorite place for great service and finding that "hard to find" part. Jeremiah Pedro was the gentleman who helped me find a unique part that would be retrofitted for my project. I so appreciated that he was knowledgeable enough to figure out a solution (and familiar enough with different items in the store that could work) when I had no idea what direction I needed to go. Thanks again, Jeremiah! 5 Stars because of your professionalism and great customer service!

Great experience shopping and buying an Ariens tracked snow blower at Northern Tool White Bear Lake, Minnesota. Dan, store manager was absolutely fantastic and provided a white glove experience. Highly recommend.

We visited the store to shop for pole pruners. Jordan approached us and offered assistance right away. Her courteous and friendly demeanor was greatly appreciated and she helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely be shopping here again!

Amazing service, needed parts to fix axle on trailer, found they had an axle that fit my trailer. Most prices are very reasonable. Salesmen very knowledgeable of everything I asked. A man's dream store, worth stopping in occasionally just to see what is new.

I think the people who work there are so helpful. The repair area is affordable. I bought a lawnmower a few years ago and it was repaired under warranty. And they had all my records, I have misplaced them. I will buy from them again.

I stopped into this new location today looking for some trailer lights that they showed to be instock at this location on the website. I was greeted at the door, I felt like they wanted to help me. I was taken to the spot where the trailer lights were and grabbed exactly what I wanted. When I went to check out I wanted to use an older gift certificate (no expiration date ) the clerk wanted to help but needed to get his manager. Herb (Mgr) took over, made a phone call and honored my gift certificate.
The staff was younger, high school I would guess, but they all seemed happy to do their jobs, not the typical feel that some younger crews present.
I would use this Northern again in a heartbeat, gift certificate or not!!

First of all it's hard to find sidewalk de-icer salt anywhere, call this place and a gentleman picked up the phone and went to check for what I asked for and said they have 2 50 pound left. Then upon arrival the 2 bag of de-icer is there bought the last 2 bag at a decent low price. Glad this place have what I needed and there customer service is outstanding comparing to ace hardware at roseville.

I really like this store! Service is great nobody's uptight and the always have what I need. Thanks Dan and your great Crew.
