Needed printer ink, found a very knowledgeable associate that helped me find the correct cartridge. So knowledgeable in fact that i decided to purchase a game controller for me new TV, he helped me find the right one, compatible with my TV and with the type of games I play (racing). All in all it was a very pleasant and expedient visit.

Haven't been to a Best Buy in years. I was greeted at the door and was accurately directed to what I was looking for. They only had massive bags at checkout for a few small items, but I won't hold that against them.

I had a frustrating experience due to a team member at a different store who sent me out of my way to Maplewood for an item they ended up not having. The greeter/manager on staff when above and beyond to make sure this was taken care of. I was floored by how good her customer service was from beginning to end and it completely changed my experience with the store and Best Buy in general.

Excellent Staff. We bought an unlock Samsung S23 from best buy and wasn't told by the Employee that it was an return by the customer. The phone was factory reset wrong and it said we need the pervious owner google email to verified so brought the back to Best Buy the next day and The Manager came to assist us. He recognize his employee was at fault and took the samsung s23 back and gave us a brand new Samsung Galaxy S23 ultra which cost about $200+ more than the S23 we originally bought from them. He also include a phone screen protector in too. Excellent customer services

I have had some major problems with my laptop but the Geek Squad has gone above and beyond in solving the problem. Because I had to return for a recurring issue they did not charge me any additional fees.

Super helpful employees! Good knowledge of the product I was purchasing. They even loaded it in my vehicle! Great place for your electronics!

This Best Buy has been more helpful than others that I have visited. They were prompt when helping me when I purchased a refrigerator from them.

An associate found the tv and mount we were looking for, then carried them to the front. Loaded in our car after purchase. Great service!

I don't exactly understand why you want me to rate everyone and everything I come into contact with during my mundane, mostly uninteresting life. But, since I have plenty of time on my hands, here goes:
Great parking lot. Well paved with clearly marked parking spaces. Easy access to the store. Doors even open automatically. More than good selection of electronic items. Gum, candy, snack food, and cold drinks, too! Employees are easy to identify. They all wear the same colored shirts. Blue, I think. Easy check out payment options. Cash or credit. I paid online before I got to the store and picked up my purchase at the checkout area. I will return if I need more electronic things or candy.

The man at the door greeted me and sent me in the right direction, I walked the aisle for maybe a minute until someone asked if I needed help finding something. The one I had in my hand was not exactly what I wanted but he showed me the one I did actually need, found the better HDMI cable for me, and I purchased it and left. Great experience altogether.

Awesome local store. Go there when you are looking for a certain item, like a Google ChromeBook. I love mine!

I got this home stereo 10 years ago from Best Buy, and it still works great. This is one of those situations where you wish you didn't spend the extra money on the warranty package, because I didn't need it, Lol ...

I'm thinking it's going to get retired to the garage and I'm going to have to upgrade the home stereo system.

Does Best buy still have a home stereo / theater specialist with a snobby sound room to test out all there ridiculously awesome speakers and amps.

I was thinking about something more compact and pushes the bass harder, and with library of music applications.
I'm getting tired of plugging my phone into my home stereo to the play all the digital versions of the same old stuff, lol ...

We had one of the best retail experiences with Calvin at this location! We appreciated his advice on routers and modems, but we're even more thankful to know about the recycling discount code which saved us nearly $100. We'll consistently buy from this location now!

Great place to get a replacement phone

Best experience ever! Bought a new phone because my screen on my old phone went black. Several awesome employees went out of their way to make sure all my data and apps transferred over to the new phone. It was a formidable task as no screen on my old phone and a non compatible old phone. A special thank you to Lucille!

Retail isn't the same as it once was. But sometimes you just need a people to help with a big purchase, or guide you through a repair. This remains a great place for either situation. The Geeks at this location are helpful and do a good job. Haven't visited in a while? It's still worth the trip.

Personable staff and helped my out to find what I was looking for. I checked walmart and target for monitor, printer, keyboard and speakers. Best buy had the best options at same or lower prices, when looking at "real" brands (not cheap'os). Got Samsung 27" (old was 19), illuminated keyboard, new speakers and canon printer. Got it all for $335 subtotal.
