Red Ginger China Bistro Minnesota

This is my opinion and my Chinese wife's opinion of this Chinese cuisine with over 50+ years experience cooking and enjoy the variety of Chinese dishes. We have gone over to the Red Ginger at least 7 times ourselves in the last 6 months. Most weekends, the Red Ginder is full by 7 pm, and we have noticed large birthday and anniversary parties here regularly also. The quality of Chinese of the different seafood/meat dishes and vegetables have been outstanding and service very friendly. Looking forward to going there again.

Best authentic Chinese food hands down!! I go here every Saturday for take out and have been for the last 3 years. Not once have they messed up my order. I don't have to say much.. they see my face & know who I am :) I love this place!!!

Wide variety of items on their lunch buffet, from salad to dessert. Fried rice was tasty, sesame chicken had just the right amount of heat, green beans and mushrooms were a perfect crisp-tender, hot and sour soup was full flavored and delicious. Wonderful choice for a great lunch at $12.99.

I love this place. Great food and you get a lot. The breading is a bit soft, but the flavor is great and they have sake. Glad I can walk here when Im in town and done with work.

Went here in a suggestion by a coworker, because I was tired of Hope's over on Central. I needed some new flavor.

Totally tasty and not drowning in soy or salt. Every dish I had tried for the very reasonably priced lunch buffet (around $11 with soda and tax) was light, brimming with flavor of the added spices (lemon grass and ginger beef.... Could taste everything... Fantastic).

Spring rolls were large and fried. Wontons were pure cream cheese (not crab cheese) and the hot and sour soup (although not as "hot" as I would like to be) was light and full of ingredients.

My only complaint is I wish the fried rice had veg in it. That's it.

Other wise service was on point, and everything outstanding. Highly recommend.

I love this place. A little warm in there, but the food is solid.

I got the smaller order of pork fried rice with added broccoli and egg rolls. It was ready for pickup when I got there about 15 minutes after I placed an online order. It was all really tasty. Could have easily fed two people.

Their food is absolutely delicious! Not disappointed at all. We found them on Doordash and picked up the order.

Went here for the first time a few days ago with my husband for our anniversary and we were both impressed. We were immediately greeted and seated, our waitress was kind and smiley. The food came super quick and was hot and delicious. Excited to try the buffet soon and bring other family members here. The buffet time is 11-2pm M-F. Enjoy!!

I order doordash from here at least once a month. Best Chinese food I've had in years! Everything I've tried has been delicious and good quality.

I've seen a lot of differing reviews and my experience tonight with 16 ppl was very positive. We all had dishes we like and we have a person who grew up in China who said this was an OK place too, which is good for him - he's pretty picky. I had the Singapore dish and the Red Ginger wings. The wings were very good and the Singapore dish is great too. It took me a minute to get used to the different taste of it, but I like it.

A hidden gem. The food is very good and you can tell they care about being clean. Highly recommend.

Always ready on time, always fresh and best of all SPICY! Or at least they make things spicy the way I love it!

We love the food, the atmosphere, the drinks, and Tammy!! All of the staff and servers are lovely and attentive. This is our favorite spot to get authentic Chinese food 😍
