Lyke's Boxing Gym and Fitness

My son attends the gym here. Tony and Jimmy are awesome coaches/ trainers. The gym is friendly and is non profit organization. They give opportunities to all ages and gives you a great experience. We have been coming here for 4 months and enjoy it. Come to Lykes gym if you want to have a welcoming atmosphere and learn boxing.

Me and my three boys have worked out at Lyke’s since the gym opened at this location. I can’t say enough great this about it. Great staff, coaching, equipment, etc. My boys love it and Lyke’s has certainly helped them turn the corner and become better athletes!

What a great Gym… suits all our youth wrestling needs! You’ll find an amazing group of high level and talented coaches there. Our boys have gained lots of confidence on the mat from the practices they’ve been able to attend over at Lyke’s!

I saw Lykes boxing gym o e day and asked my son if he wanted to learn how to box, and he got really excited, but scared at the time seeing my son is 9 and has never been physically challenged, so we went by and talked to some of the coaches and they were all very nice, so when we signed up Tony was the coach we talked to and he's a very knowledgeable coach my son has been to a total of 5 practices and I as well as Tony can see a world of difference, he is really good with the kids and very easy to work with as a parent, so if your debating weather your son or daughter wants to learn the fundamentals and train to box come to Lykes boxing gym they will take good care of you, like family!

I cannot say enough great things about Lyke’s gym! Both our sons wrestling at the gym throughout the entire year and it has been absolutely awesome! Tony and his staff are always so kind, welcoming and more importantly encouraging to youth athletes. The gym is clean, has what we need for both our boys and us!! By us - I mean the Cryo Therapy! I am new to it and have really been seeing the benefits of it. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and it helps with my inflammation along with body aches. I’m hoping to to incorporate this therapy on a regular basis!

Lyke's Boxing Gym and fitness is an amazing place to be! I am in this gym multiple times a week as a parent spectator and have the opportunity to observe the atmosphere, relationships, skills and overall family-like love and encouragement that is poured into everyone (parents included). I love the diversity and core values. Everyone treats each other as an equal...even the Pro Boxers. Everyone helps, encourages and supports each other to be the best version of themselves. They celebrate both the wins and the losses. Boxing and Wrestling are both offered here. I believe that all parents would agree that this is the type of atmosphere they want their children to be apart of! This is a place where hard work, dedication and commitment = growth! I'm inspired just being in the environment! The training is top-notch, the pricing is excellent! Some members drive over an hour to get to this gym because it is that good!

This gym is amazing!!! I have been coming here off and on since I was a kid, and has changed my life for the better and kept me out of trouble when I was going!!! A lot of the best memories in my life were related to my training and fighting or setting up and attending events put on or connected to the gym!!! Best thing a guy can do to stay out of trouble!!! And no better place to gett actual training if you plan on either just learning or taking it into a career!!!! Lyke's Boxing Gym is the very Best!!!

Joining Lykes has been such a great experience for my son Jack! Learning discipline, working hard and having so many great people around him willing to help. I honestly can’t say enough good things about the gym and everyone we’ve met there. The other boxers don’t hesitate to help newer boxers regardless of what they are doing.

Clean, great space for all sorts of training needs. This gym has tons of boxing equipment and training options and also has plenty of space for wrestling mats for grappling and other training. There is also a bunch of weightlifting and other fitness equipment. So the gym encompasses a large variety of training options and disciplines. Their youth programs and activities are fantastic; led by very experienced and adept coaches. Everyone feels like friends and family here. I highly recommend this gym!

Lyke's Boxing's new and improved facility is FANTASTIC, the coaching is world class, and the group of guys in the gym is like a family. It's Minnesota's home of champions!

We started going to Lyke’s with our son’s wrestling club, I have to say we could not be happier!! This is a top notch facility! We are so blessed to have such an amazing facility in our community. Excellent equipment and even better coaches and instructors. Everyone is so great to work with, it has been really fun watching the kids develop. We have also gone to few of the camps and plan on doing a few more this summer. If you are considering getting into health and fitness give this place a try, you will not be disappointed. Our son Dane has grown ten-fold as a wrestler under the guidance & training of these amazing coaches, dads & Tony! I can not say enough good things about the support that we have received here. Everyone here knows how to work CRAZY hard & then play hard and have fun! There are things going on year round for the kids which is a great way to keep our athletes in shape! Our next adventure is to try some boxing! Everyone is so supportive, no matter what level you are at. Lyke's is the place to be!!

My son has be going to Lykes gym for various reason since they moved to the new location. The coaches and trainers there have been wonderful from the youth level up to the adults. After training for a while my son even won his first boxing match. Lykes also has a excellent wrestling program. Some of the best youth wrestlers in the state train there. We are looking forward to the future programs. Always a good time when we are there. Tony G is the best! Great atmosphere, professional and friendly. Nice open areas to practice that are inviting and clean. Thank you Lykes Gym!

My 8th grade son started boxing last month and loves it! He says it’s like a family. Experienced boxers welcome and work with the newbies. Coach Tony is a wonderful and kind coach. Always a fun and happening atmosphere to work out! Great energy and accomplished fighters right there to learn from.

Lyke’s has been such a great addition to our area. Very clean and has a family atmosphere. Great place for kids and adults. My wife and I love the cryotherapy! Tony is very welcoming and knowledgeable! 5 ⭐’s!

Lyke's has clean and great equipment to help with an intense workout session. Jimmy is a great trainer especially if you are new at boxing. He's very patient and friendly, but knows how to push you and motivate you!

I've been training from this gym for almost 7 years. Its moved 3 locations, but the heart and grit is always there. The facility is clean and well kept. Has the essential weightlifting, wrestling mats and a boxing area. Everyone heres really welcoming and helping.

Absolutely love this place! They offer lots of great exercise and sports programs such as boxing, wrestling, and strength and conditioning. Definitely recommend this place for kids. Tony G. is always friendly and willing to help the kids! If you want to get into boxing, this is the place to start!

Great place to box at. Coach Anthony Grygelko is amazing at what he does, first training session with him and now I can finally jab correctly. Jimmy is also a very skilled trainer/fighter himself. Always motivates every single person in the room, and knows what he’s doing durning training sessions. To me it’s the people that make the gym. Not the gym itself, it could be a small shack with just a ring and I’ll still pay to be here with these amazing people.

There’s also wrestling classes available if you are interested in that, great weight room with most equipments for you to do your reps.

Bathroom facilities are clean and shiny with showers in them which is a game changer!

With that said, you will not be disappointed coming here. This will be my home from now on hope to see you guys there as well!
