I have been taking my car into SAC for a few years. The fact that they have free loaners has been a lifesaver for a single dad that works 8-5! Saved me from having to take days off work. If other businesses were smart they’d do the same. Eric is always up front and friendly. Service has always been great and pricing competitive, especially with 2 overpriced dealerships right next door. Fury was going to charge me almost $900 more for the same repair!!!

I got fed up with the Subaru dealership for service. They were over-priced, haughty, and consistently could not diagnose the problem with my car, for something like 3 years! So I took it to Stillwater Auto Clinic and Eric and Company treated me with respect, gave me honest diagnoses, and, when it came to a really big job (warped head), they really bent over backwards to work with me to find the best solution. I love working with these folks!

I am very late writing this review. I have utilized this business often and I highly recommend them. I recently had a fractured arm and am just now getting around to writing. Our first big snow storm, 7 1/2 inches ago near the end of October, I was pulling into a parking area at my work. My mud flap got stuck on a pile of snow and was hanging by one screw. I was at my work in North St. Paul and called the shop to see if they could have a look at it for me...it was rubbing hard and I did not want to lose it. They said they had a little break in the action. I told them I would be there in 15 minutes. After the always friendly greeting they took my Trailblazer inside. It was indeed ready to let loose. They promptly repaired the part and I was on my way. Quite pleased with the service and I was completely satisfied with the price.

I was getting a little panicked, it was the day before a holiday, I needed my car fixed asap and no one had availability for almost a week! I called Stillwater Auto Clinic and they not only got me in the next day, they had a loaner I could use and they had my car fixed by the end of the day!! Everyone was so nice to work with and they gave me updates and explained what the issue was and how they fixed it. That's what I call service!

Tried leaving a second review but was unable so I edited my original: after leaving a negative review the owner, Steve, took the time to call me and talk about my displeasure and offered to take a look at the integrity of the repairs done a few months ago. This kind of customer service is unmatched and hard to find these days. I will definitely be giving them a second chance and will likely continue to use their shop due to this exemplary service!

Our van broke down just North of Stillwater and was hauled to Stillwater Auto Clinic where it was determined we needed a new transmission. After discussing our options and after keeping our van stored at SAC way to long, Eric helped us get rid of our van and was INCREDIBLY patient with us. Highly recommend! Thank you so much!!!

Had my vehicle towed here around 1pm, received a call around 2:30 with a diagnosis and quote for the repair. It was done by the time they closed the same day. Great quality of work, reasonable cost and excellent customer service.

This company is honest and I appreciate that. They could have deceived me and seconded the opinion of a fraudulent company saying that I needed to replace my brake pads. Instead, Auto Clinic told me the truth and said my brake pads were fine. I will come back for future services!

These guys are great! I've had a few good experiences with them. And I've been struggling with a mashed license plate holder and they recently very kindly fixed it for free!

Been going to Stillwater Auto for a couple of years and has too be the best place I get work done on my truck. I have even talked family and friends of bringing their business there. Never had to go back for same issue, Quality is superb and you can't beat his prices.

I've known Steve for many years. I trust all my vehicles to him and his staff, and refer everyone who asks.. Friendly, very accommodating, and most of all honest service advice. He's saved me thousands of dollars, and kept my SUV running for 255,000+ miles!

These people care!! Always so helpful, down to earth, and real. I never feel taken advantage of and they have dogs you can pet! Tango the yellow lab always makes me feel better about spending money on my car. And they have loaners!! A very important necessity for me. Thank you!
