We received quick and effective help from Mustapha; he came out and replaced a leaking valve on our water line, was a pleasure to work with, and performed a clean repair with a brand new valve. Our toilet wouldn’t flush, and, a more expensive plumbing company didn’t know whether our toilet was broken, or there was a drain issue.

For some reason, I wound up calling Ike’s and their technician simply ran water down our drain; since there weren’t any issues, we didn’t have to pay for drain cleaning; moreover, the price we paid to install our new toilet was fair and the work was professionally done.

So I highly recommend these guys!

There was recently a major water leak in my apartment, and our building manager contacted Ike’s to fix the issue. Firstly, I want to give a huge round of applause to Mustapha! He was there every day of the project, and was always so kind and professional! He explained every detail to me, what had to happen, and what I could expect to be done that day. He was also very personable and I felt comfortable to ask him any question that popped up.
I also wanted to shout out Harold, he gave me some great information and advice in the earlier days of our bathroom ceiling removal. He advocated for us and did so much to communicate with our landlord & other plumbers to make sure everyone was on the same page.
Fantastic experience with these guys, and I’ll remember Ike’s for future plumbing needs. Thank you!

Frikkin awesome company! My toilet started rumbling and making a crazy sound when i installed a new bidet. I had accidently broken the fill valve on this, i called a big name plumbing company who quoted me 500 bucks for this repair. When i called IKES they charged me a fraction of the price and told me that the part itself is super cheap. I love how honest they were and how quickly they came to fix this for me! Thank u so much 🤩

Service and professionalism were exceptional. I have an old house with old plumbing and the cast iron flange under the toilet was corroded and leaking. Mustafa explained everything and fixed it beautifully and made sure it was done right. I trust his work 100%. I am very happy with the care that he took cleaning up and educating me on an old house.

While the other two drain cleaning companies I called this morning told me that I had to leave my kitchen sink clogged until tomorrow, Ike's had a plumber at my door 2 hours after I called. (I can't promise that will always happen.) Mustapha was skilled, professional, friendly, thorough, and thoughtful. He explained to me everything he was doing (which I really appreciated), cleaned the drain carefully and thoroughly, tested it twice to be sure it flowed freely, and cleaned up nicely when he was done. I couldn't ask for more.

Bad clogged drain...was able to get an appt quickly. G arrived on time, was very pleasant and professional, explained what he was doing and any issues he was having. Price was very reasonable, was expecting to pay about double what the bill was...will definitely use Ike's again!

I was so pleased with the service from Ikes Plumbing. Ike himself came to the house this morning to fix a problem I had. He went to the hardware store to replace something I had bought in the first place. He was very resourceful in coming up with a low cost solution and did it quickly. He stands behind his work and is more than fair with his pricing. I would highly recommend Ikes Plumbing!
