This is by far my favorite truck and auto (and trailer) service center. Excellent work with high integrity principles behind all their decisions on what really needs fixing, replacement, or waiting-on. Totally satisfied 30+ yr. customer.

Have used this repair business for over 25 years. So amazing, professional and especially... Timely. Always informs me what is being done and gives accurate estimates! I wouldn't take my vehicles ANYWHERE else!!!

Amazing customer service. I am a woman and I also have an accent. Scott only knew me over the phone as my car was towed. I have experienced many other repair shops in my life but none as outstanding as this one. I was treated with kindness, everything was explained in detail and never once, I experienced that he was talking down to me as many do in other places. I would give 10 Stars if I could.

Countryside is the best of the best when it comes to auto and truck repair. Staff knows their stuff. We have a fleet of 30 widely varying vehicles and they have worked on almost all of them. Maybe once in 15 years have we had to bring something back because it wasn’t fixed right the first time. Better yet they often find preventative repairs to take care of and keep us from having breakdowns.

Got a quote from a chain repair shop for over $2200 to fix the brakes. I always have Countryside do my repairs. As normal they found the real problem and fixed it for $300. If you want mechanics who know what they are doing and only fix what's wrong, this is the place to go.

Scott always goes over everything with us and clearly explains details of work needed and costs. Always helps us decide what is or isn't worth fixing. Trustworthy and reliable service!
