I am so pleased with Valley Drug Pharmacy. Friendly staff and they are very efficient. I love there mail-order.

Jim and the entire staff at Valley Drug are top notch. They are friendly, fast, professional, and truly get to know their customers - you feel like family. It feels great to get the very best service AND support a small business that feels like "this is MY pharmacy." Not a super chain. I literally get excited when I get to go in and pick up my meds because it's such a nice experience. It's rare to get this kind of service and attention anymore. Treat yourself and switch to this pharmacy, you will not regret it.

I had a misconception that those pharmacies located within hospitals or medical clinics weren't great. Well I was wrong. I gave this place a chance and was totally impressed. Super friendly staff, fast service and good prices. I learned they are a small independent family owned business. Such a nice change from the big box chain pharmacies. I will be back.

Personalized and reliable service. If something happens to fall through the cracks, as it seems more frequent in medicine these days, you will have a real advocate working on your behalf to resolve any issues. We’ve had help with switching forms of medication for an intolerant child, getting RX refill responses from offices that are slow to respond and getting RX a bit early to accommodate a vacation. Bonus is the service is pleasant, if not downright joyful, and professional. Oh, and prices are competitive to lower than others in the business.

Just can’t say enough good things about this place. Imagine a pharmacy where the pharmacist answers the phone! Imagine a pharmacy where are they recognize you when you walk in! Everything which they are able to control and improve for the customer has been considered. The rest of the medical industry should take some notes from Jim and his staff.

Everyone on the Valley Drug team goes the extra mile in helping my family manage our prescription needs. I've dealt with the big national chains over the years and they need to take some lessons from Valley Drug on how to provide proper care and service. If we could give you 10 stars, we would! Small town vibes with great service. When they don’t have what I need, they’ve ordered it and communicated clearly. They’ve also called me beforehand when I was going to have a high out of pocket price with insurance to give me other options and let me know the cost before pick up. I noticed the pharmacist greeting customers by name when they walked in the door, which was impressive since he’s pretty busy!

As a retired physician, I am so impressed with the service ethic, kindness, efficiency, and responsiveness of all of the staff at Valley Drug! So many of the chain pharmacies wait until you arrive to start to work on your prescription, telling you to go shop while you are waiting. Valley Drug fills my prescription and calls to let me know it is available, in a very short time. I would encourage anyone living or getting their healthcare in Stillwater to support this independent pharmacy.

What a gem of a place! Was tired of the "Big Pharmacies" and their run around. They could not get my Rx I needed. Called Valley Drug, and had my meds in no time and they called to keep me updated every step of the way! Great Place! this is my new Pharmacy!

Just started using this pharmacy a few months ago. I wish I had known about them a few years ago. They are a great local pharmacy. They deliver in my area and are well priced. Some of my prescriptions are over half off of what they were last year. They are great in a last minute situation also. Spread the word. Great pharmacy

Excellent independent pharmacy in Stillwater. Staff is professional and friendly. Pharmacist Jim clearly cares about patients and his community- a much better experience than the big chain pharmacies!

Staff friendly and helpful. Very convenient to be able to see your physician and if medication is prescribed you can pick it up on your way out to your car. Sometimes the RX is ready by the time you walk over to the pharmacy.
