The manager, Dayna, went above and beyond to help today. The best person I’ve met in quick/fast food. Truly grateful for her kindness!

I usually don't review franchise or large corporate restaurants. I'm make the exception just to say to got really good service today. Plus, I tried their pizza for the first time. Had no idea Panerai could do a nice pizza. Loved the crust. My son had the Mac and cheese, of course.

I stopped in for my daily Hazelnut Coffee and found the pot was empty. I asked how long it would be for some more. Lilly came out and said they would get some going right away. She even took my cup and filled it right away, leaving me in and out quickly with a fresh brewed cup of joe! Thank you Lilly!!

Excellent dinner! Christina the manager was friendly and helpful! The Baja chicken bowl was tasty ! The pick two sandwich and salad was plentiful and tasty. I ordered the steel cut oatmeal with pecans and strawberries (Yep for supper) it was just like grandma use to make. Prices were fair, restaurant was clean comfortable and cozy!

I was greeted kingly by the drive through worker and was given the correct prompts to receive the food I ordered. The service was quick (even though I received and apology for the wait) and the employees were smiling, well dressed, and presented themselves well. I could see down the line from the drive through window and everyone was working hard and not messing around which made me comfortable with eating the food and coming back in the future!

The food was excellent, especially the chicken wild rice soup. The staff was very nice and food was up before I got back from the restroom.

This Panera reminds me of the original Panera bread, super friendly, lots of good bakery, coffee station and very clean.

Stopped in a couple of days ago... Excellent experience! My rapid pick up was ready on time. The food was excellent and fresh with a wonderful appearance. Kim on the front counter was just lovely. She was extremely polite and welcoming. Needless to say, I will be returning. Thanks

It was moderately busy for being lunch time but I felt I received good service. My meal was tasty and prepared quickly. I wasn't sure what to order but the employee was patient and made a recommendation that was perfect. I would recommend this location to others.

WOW, WOW and WOW!!! The team at this Panera location saved the day. I had contacted another Panera regarding a catering order for an event. Two days before the event I contact them and found out that the location no longer provided catering services. I had 43 customized catering orders that needed to be filled! I contacted this location on short notice and found out they offering catering service. Without hesitation they made 43 custom meals and informed me when they were substituting items due to menu changes. They marked each box with the name and provided the necessary extras needed for our luncheon. The orders were made to perfection, ready on time and they offered great communication throughout the process. Kudos to the Panera Oak Park Heights location. We are so very appreciative the Hudson Women's Club luncheon was a success in part because of YOU!

Best option is to get the "Half & Half" meaning half a sandwich and a cup of soup. It's plenty of food for one person. Try the Bacon Turkey Bravo and the Creamy Tomato Soup, I order it every time.

Panera never disappointed me. I've been to many locations from Minnesota all the way down to Florida. Foods always hot and fresh. Amazing people and a great family atmosphere. Highly recommend there macaroni and cheese sandwich.

Although Covid has slowed down their usual prompt order completion, the food, as always, is worth the wait. The steak and cheese sandwich was very good, as was the chicken Chipotle with avocado 🥑. Highly recommend either. Pleasant surroundings and cheerful employees at the Stillwater restaurant. I've never had a disappointing meal at Panera Bread.

Great friendly team. Love the food and the place.
Menu is reduced, most times kiosk only, all kiosks don't work, coffee is not hot, soda machine was broke and won't work. But the team is great and friendly. Great place to enjoy the meal.

This restaurant is the best as far as chain "fast food" goes. Food is amazing, filling, love the drive thru at this location, staff is friendly and efficient. Can't wait to use the app and try out their curbside pickup.

Delicious, fast and friendly, we ordered our food to go.2 soup, 2 salads and 2 noodle dishes, chocolate chip cookies and a little cupcake. Some ice tea while we wait. It was up and all ready in 10 minutes. Was so very delicious and we loved it.

Love the new location in Stillwater! The sandwiches were fresh and tasty, and lots of attractive choices in others foods. Handy touchscreen ordering so you can take your time to check out the menu before ordering. You can also use the touchscreen to customize your choices to get just what you want!

Panera Bread is awesome! I have gone more this passed year than I have my entire life and this location I have only met super nice and helpful employees! At another location my order was wrong and they were so nice to help me get the right one! Plus you can not go wrong with their menu items!
