I had a very comfortable 3 night stay. Really nice clean rooms.

Had car issues on way home from Northern Maine. To MA. Just made it off the highway. Lady at front desk was so nice n helpful. I believe it was Valery n Mia. Really made a stressful time more calmer for me n my wife. Great people at front desk. Room was very clean n modern. Bed was so comfy. We soaked in the hot tub then relaxed in the pool. Place is very well kept. Saw grounds worker out constantly keeping the outside nice n clean safe area. 2 time stayed at Quality Inn in the last month and both places where above average clean and comfortable. And breakfast. Better then most places I've been to. The homemade waffles are the best. Plus a smorgasbord of other breakfast foods.

Great hotel with exceptional customer service. The rooms were comfortable and cozy. We will be back!

Definitely one of the nicest Quality Inn hotels I have stayed in throughout the USA. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The amenities are more than enough for a hotel of this size. Rooms are extremely clean and comfortable with multiple setups. The lobby and breakfast nook is great and they have a full breakfast bar again. I highly recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Visited during the pandemic - the room was clean, had a microwave and mini-fridge... The lobby had hand sanitizer available for the guests. The complimentary breakfast, although limited, was still packed with individually-wrapped products and very fulfilling for our family. The pool and jacuzzi were open as well, which my kids enjoyed during our stay. The area was safe with the parking area well lit and cameras around.
Overall a great experience.

Clean convenient location. Nice staff. Beds where comfortable. Shower had plenty of water pressure. We didn't go to the pool or hot tub but there is one in the hotel. Serve yourself breakfast is nice touch, helps get an early start to the day.

Don't be deterred by the "2 star" hotel category, this hotel is wonderful. Clean rooms, comfy beds, nice staff, COVID safe, great value. We traveled with 2 young kids, adding an adjoining room when we checked it. Perfect. The kids loved the pool, and I loved the hot tub.

The plubming and fixtures are a bit dated, but hot showers with good pressure.

Only stayed here once but I didn't have anything to complain about. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. There was a nice heated pool and hot tub. The breakfast was amazing and complimentary. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

The check-in staff was very polite, affable, and helpful. We were advised ahead that we had a smoking room, as that was all that was available. They managed to find a non-smoking room on the first floor, very convenient for my mother, who has difficult walking. The breakfast was plentiful, with lots of choices, and refilled whenever things ran out. Only one small thing I would suggest would be to add grab bars in the bathroom. Check-out was equally polite, quick, and friendly.

Quick very personable check in. Room was a nice size and clean. Nice decorations. View was not picturesque but the hotel was chosen because it was close to the event we were attending. Continental breakfast was varied and delicious. Will definitely keep it in mind for next year's event

Usually stay in York but because of the current covid regulations it would have been to complicated to stay in Maine, so we stayed here since it was right on the boarder. We were really just looking for a place to sleep but it really was wonderful. The man behind the desk was super super friendly the second we walked in and it set the mood for our whole stay. The room was clean and when I noticed a stain on the sheets of the bed the manager came immediately with a new one apologizing and asking if he could personally change it out. The bed itself was so comfy, I thought we were gunna get up early to watch the sunrise on the beach but we were too comfortable to get up early enough! They had a limited breakfast selection because of covid but it was definitely sufficient and better than nothing! It’s also in a really safe area that’s close to everything. Would definitely stay again! :)

The staff went above and beyond. The night lady was super nice! We were thrilled to find out that they had hot breakfast in the morning. The room was pretty clean, and the beds were pretty comfortable

Nice place. Room was very clean, beds were nice. Only stayed one night to get to the beach early. Breakfast was pretty good. I'd stay there again. Staff was very friendly.

Exceptional staff, very friendly and helpful too!

The staff were wonderful. I was traveling with other people and one of them was handicapped. The staff at the front desk went out of their way to be gracious and understand her problem when the handicapped spaces were filled in the parking lot. We were able to park out front.
I have to say that the staff were some of the friendliest people that I have ever encountered while traveling. Everyone had a smile and made you feel welcome!

Excellent place to stay, very clean room, plenty of towels, toiletries, spacious, fridge, microwave, very comfortable room. Still no full breakfast, but several items to choose from. I will definitely stay here again.

My husband has stayed at this Quality Inn several weeks each year
for the past ten years. The staff at the front desk are always friendly
and helpful. They treat him like an old friend. Paul and I just left
Portsmouth after three weeks at the Quality Inn, I didn't want to leave!
We travel a lot and this motels staff are the best!

Friendly staff, very comfortable beds with a better than normal breakfast bar. A pretty good indoor pool. Coffee and tea service always available. Front desk lady, Allieta is really special and very helpful.
