Great food! Lots of vegan options. I loved the Vegan Dog Deal.

dropped in for an impromptu b-day party. Mgmt was cool with us bringing in some cupcakes from the Birthday girl's favorite bakery which we were very appreciative of.

Everyone enjoyed their meal immensely. The Larry Bird is the perfect blend of heat and flavor. Nachos tho, wow.

Drinks were very good, I'd had margaritas from a number of places on that strip of road and this is maybe the best.

The waitress was great too. She was clearly working hard but made sure every requests from our party of 6 was quickly handled.

Love this place- their temporary/current menu mainly consists of sandwiches burgers salads and hot dogs.
Love the space very chill environment lots of drinks to choose from; their specials are great too! The vegan options are amazing tons to choose from! Wish I could be here daily to try every item. Definitely worth the visit!

Always a great time with great food. Come early if you want to beat the wait, but they have a great phone app that keeps you posted on your table. If there is a wait, usually a quick walk to the waterfront and they’re texting that your table is ready.

WOW!!! I am still craving the meal I had last night. I am vegetarian and my husband is not so this place catered perfectly to that. Our waiter was super nice even though the place was full and he must have been extremely busy. I wish I had caught his name because he should be given credit. My drink was amazing, my food was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Best vegan hot dog ever. Nothing like i’ve ever had. MUST go back!

Third time visiting, we mostly do drinks and apps inside and dinner to go - always an enjoyable experience and delicious food. I am lactose intolerant and prefer vegan alternatives (although I will eat some meats) and this menu is salivating to look at. Their creative menu, quality food, friendly staff and warm inviting atmosphere is not one to miss!

Decent food. I had a salad that was really fresh, vibrant, and delicious. Smoked wings were off the hook. Solid beer selection and really nice bartender. Vegan tacos are also great (Taco Tuesdays 3/$9). Laid back vibe.

The Oak House is a fantastic Newmarket staple! It offers amazing food, wonderful service, and a great community atmosphere. It brings you back week after week!

I've always enjoyed the Oak House! Perfect stop for fun food, with great variety. I've had excellent salads, burgers, and even hot dogs! Very pleasant atmosphere, one of my favorites in Newmarket.

Great menu, service, location. They have probably a dozen vegan options. The white bean burger is excellent - great option for vegan & non-vegan parties dining together!

This place is amazing. Awesome vegan options with a great beer selection. This is the best restaurant in New Market and would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Great food and service. Many vegan options coexisting on the menu with great non vegan options all for fair prices. Would highly recommend to anyone of any diet.

Oak house is a lovely gastro-pub in downtown Newmarket. At the time of this writing is fast becoming the hot spot for eats.

With great beer, fantastic food, and little down side.. I can't see anything wrong.

What a fantastic hidden little gem. Offers vegan food as well as mainstream food. Best french fries I have ever eaten in my entire life. Highly recommend taking the time to visit this restaurant. It's small, the atmosphere is very inviting. Service was wonderful. Food was outstanding.

Oak House has the best food around. They have excellent vegetarian options too!

i like this place a lot! i eat here all the time it's a good bar setting with great food. last time i came for lunch and had an amazing salad and a cocktail.

Didn't try the food yet only stopped for a beer. Nice spot with friendly staff. I will definitely be back.
