Kume Bistro

Fantastic food! We are Floridians now, but ALWAYS find time to visit Kume when we are in NH!

Rachel & Jason pour their heart and soul into this place and it is always perfect! Well worth going a bit out of your way for this special place.

Food was very good. Service was excellent. Drinks were alright as well. We had Seafood Medley Hibachi, General Tso's Chicken with fried rice. Didn't take pictures, but the chicken tempura and shrimp tempura were very good as well. Not what I think of as tempura, but very good.

This place was fabulous. Amazing presentation of food. Very nice decorating and lighting. Attentive service. Pictures coming!

I am very impressed with the service and the food was wonderful. Was surprised it was not packed, we came on a Sunday a lunch and we were the only ones here. Kudos to the chef

Everything was excellent. The fish tank was outstanding. I walked in looking for a lunch and got the fastest service, I have ever had. Two delicious spicy salmon handrolls and a cup of green tea, my favorite meal. Could not have asked for a better experience, start to finish. And I'm not kidding about the fish tank; huge channel cat.

I feel lucky living close to Kumes. Its an awesome spot with fresh fish, delicious drinks, and a fun atmosphere. I usually get sushi (pretty much every roll is amazing) but sometimes I'll get the chicken hibachi. The staff is always friendly. I've never had a negative experience here. The only downside is parking can be difficult, especially dinner time Thursdays-Saturdays but thats no fault to Kumes. If anything, it shows how popular it is. I highly recommend!!

Food was incredible. New to the area and we were worried that some of the food spots might not hold up against some of our Boston favorites. We were so wrong. They handled our group of 12 wonderfully as the place is cozy. We have 3 small children, 1 of them is just over 1. Our waitress came over when the baby was crying just a bit and said, " don't worry it's fine we all have babies." I was so impressed and grateful in that moment. My new favorite place.

This restaurant is very clean. The service is good. The food is fresh and delicious every time. And the wait staff is very nice. Rachel is very personable. I eat there frequently, and she always remembers my name and that I like brown rice, even when I forget to ask for it. If someone else waits on me, she sees me, and makes sure they get my order exactly how I like it. So, Kume is a Newmarket favorite of mine.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The food is always perfect. The drinks are great and the service is amazing. If you don’t like sushi it’s because you haven’t tried Kume’s sushi and if it’s not your thing they have Thai food, teriyaki and a full bar.

My boyfriend and I have tried all the Kume locations nearby - Epping, Seabrook, and Newmarket - and this one is by far our favorite. The service is always great, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, and of course the food is perfect every time. We love coming here for date night as often as we can!

I have no complaints

Many a night have I left here with a nice warm walk home ahead of me. I recommend their volcano roll as well as their hibachi dinner specials. There’s no hibachi grill or show, but the dinner plates are just as good as you would expect. A nice staff and strong drinks make your money well spent.
