AG Fitness

I have never loved a gym more than I love AG fitness! I struggled to find the time/fit to consistently workout post kids and now I can honestly say that consistently going to AG is something I sincerely look forward to. The workouts are highly effective, constantly changing to keep things interesting and I love that they offer multiple levels on each exercise to fit your needs. And Angela, the owner, is a true gem. I'm not sure what's more impressive, her knowledge and expertise of all things health/wellness/exercise, her upbeat and motivating personality in class, or her sincerity and kindness as a person. Highly recommend checking out AG if you haven't already! I started as a drop in and was instantly hooked.

Literally the most magical person and space ever. AG is only an added bonus to our community and so many wonderful seacoast customers get to experience that. As someone who has trained with Angela now for over 2 years, I cannot recommend her enough.

LOVE this place! ❤ Angela has created such a special environment for women to workout in! Her workouts are catered to whatever phase and ability you’re at. I am so sore in a good way and couldn’t stop smiling the entire time.

My favorite place to workout. Not only are the classes fun, a great workout, and can be modified for all fitness levels - there’s also a great sense of community in this small gym. It’s obvious that the owner / head trainer Angela pits a lot of work into making classes current with the latest fitness research yet unique so you never get bored!

Angela and her team at AG are more than just fitness pros they are healers and community builders. Every time I leave AG I feel better about my health and wellness and feel like I just received a dose of positive energy! Whether you are training towards a specific goal or looking to add overall strength to your routine AG will have you covered. The atmosphere is fun, positive and so supportive!

Working out with Angela is the highlight of my week! She is such a positive, knowledgeable and incredible person. AG Fitness is truly a supportive, non judgmental community that helps you reach your goals.

Simply the best place for a challenging but fun work out! The energy of the instructors is so positive and motivating. I don't even realize how tired I am because of how much I enjoy myself and feeling sore after is totally worth it!
