Wentworth By The Sea Country Club

We loved having Wentworth by the Sea Country Club as our wedding venue. We were married there on October 1, 2022, and everything turned out perfectly! The venue is amazing - on a golf course with a beautiful ocean view! Our guests raved about the location, the delicious food, and service!

We worked with Jenna initially and then Kendra as our venue coordinator. Kendra was only a few months in to working at the Wentworth but was so knowledgeable and confident in helping us put all the final details into place. She jumped on many calls with us leading up to the wedding and answered all of our questions! She volunteered details that made our day more unique like adding in apple cider for our refreshment stand for our ceremony since we had a fall wedding and adding in fun touches to our His & Hers cocktails (spicy margarita & mojito)! Day of, she completely ran our timeline and ensured that all of our vendors were taken care of and that we were happy with how the wedding was going step by step! If there were any questions that came up, Kendra was quick to take care of it!

Our family met Kendra at the rehearsal and also raved about her expertise and professionalism! She and the team at the Wentworth made our wedding vision happen!

I had my wedding here in September, and it was absolutely amazing! I was initially hesitant to go with a venue that did not allow outside catering .. but I was reassured once I spoke with Holly about it. They allowed me to do a 100% custom vegetarian brunch menu and my guests loved it! I think that when you go vegetarian with a menu it has to be REALLY good quality and plentiful to avoid all those "where's the bacon" comments and Wentworth delivered.

The perfect weather helped a lot (I can imagine a rainy day here wouldn't be ideal - but you take that risk with any outdoor wedding). The staff, food, planning, etc. was all fantastic! Holly was wonderful to work with throughout the whole process. Also absolutely beautiful scenery.

Not the cheapest venue in the area, also not the most expensive. You definitely pay for what you get!

We had our wedding at Wentworth by the Sea Country Club on 6/24/22 and it was an absolutely amazing event. Jenna and her staff did an incredible job from start to finish. The food was just as good as it was at the tasting and they paid attention to every detail. The staff's level of customer service was commented on by multiple guests and could tell how they genuinely wanted you to have a great time. Besides the amazing food and staff, the venue itself is beautiful and it is hard to beat the location on the Seacoast. A big thank you again to the Wentworth staff who went above and beyond to make this day special. It was the best, most perfect day of our lives!

Love the tournaments the nhga puts on, and this is one of the courses why. Early season with cold and wind the course is in great shape and staff is very friendly

We attended a wedding and the location is beautiful, staff was courteous, and the food was wonderful!!

By staying at the Wentworth by the sea resort I was able to access playing a round at this club. This place is breathtaking and it’s hard to focus on your game by how beautiful the surroundings are, if you have a chance to play this course jump at it!

What can you say? The place is breathtaking. Attended Seals by the Sea charity event for the Navy Seals and it was wonderful.

I was lucky enough to play this fine club today and was paired with two of the funnest people ever. The course was amazing, and in fantastic shape considering the lack of rain. The layout is challenging but fair. Staff is friendly and helpful. Can't wait to play again.

Accommodations are wonderful. The course is a little predictable but in amazing shape. Mostly links holes but some good ocean view ones as well. You shouldn't lose too many balls. Greens and fairways were pure

This is a private club. Amazing landscape job done outside. Many things to do here 19-Hole golf, driving range, indoor tennis, gym, outdoor pool, kids club room, locker rooms, and restaurant. Great views with the water on your side and marina. Also great view of the lighthouse. Very clean with new remodels.

We just had our children’s wedding this past weekend at the Wentworth CC. Having a wedding during Covid was definitely a challenge but the skill set of the wedding coordinator (Jenna) made it all seamless. The ceremony was amazing and overlooking the harbor. While it was extremely windy they made everything work without a hitch!
The reception was nothing less than spectacular. The food (filet, chicken and veg) were all excellent and received thumbs up from all our guests. All our vendors enjoyed working with the team and said they would love to do more work here. We can’t thank the team enough for the success of this special day. Thank you!

This course is unlike anything else around. It's not a great layout, but it's super challenging. Half the holes are really tight. The greens are always excellent. And there are several gut check shots. Not for the faint of heart.

A great place to have your wedding. The staff are so friendly. Everything is conveniently located in one spot. Gorgeous water views for the ceremony, and a cross the long driveway under a tent for the reception. Space to get ready upstairs in the Country Club. This is one of my new favorite spots to film

A good layout. The course is very well maintained. There are amazing views, and they have a very friendly staff. All of which make Wentworth a true golf destination in New Hampshire.

Wentworth By the Sea is, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful golf course on earth, and I have traveled a lot and played at many excellent courses. If you like a links course & are willing to join us. Wentworth is the best!

Excellent course, I got to play it for a charity event. The course was in great condition, they did limit it to cart path only but I felt it was over the top and there was only 1 hole on the course that was soft to the point a cart potential could cause damage.
