First time trying Thai food as a picky eater and I got the chicken satay and pad thai. Loved them both and we ate everything! Service and food were excellent, would highly recommend.

Been a few months since I was last here but came back with coworkers and wow, this place continues to impress!

We started with the Blossom dumplings which are always great, the chicken satay which was good, and the lobster Rangoon and steamed pork buns which were both EXCELLENT.

Beyond the excellent flavors, I'm always shocked how fast they bring the food!

We had the Spicy Pad Thai, Thai Sausage, a Pork Rib Curry, and a Three Seafood Option. Each was spectacular but the favorites of the table were the Spicy Pad Thai (server recommendation/favorite) and the Three Seafood (shrimp, squid, and haddock).

4.5 stars

Tasty menu, diversity of options. We loved the blossoms dumplings and Brussels sprouts most.

I really enjoyed the meal I got from Capital Thai last night. Really. I had the Kanom Jeeb dumplings which were overstuffed to the point of bursting open at the seams. They were so delicious that I didn’t even want the accompanying sauce. I also ordered the Khao Soi mostly because I wanted to try something different than my usual and I was attracted to the pickled cabbage mentioned in the menu description. It was absolutely amazing! I got a delicious sauce - creamy with a hint of coconut- with two chicken drumsticks inside. The meat was falling off the bone. It came with the noodles and garnishes on the side so that I could choose my texture. I cannot overstate how mucin I enjoyed this meal. I make my own Thai food sometimes because I like it so much but do not appreciate the soupy and overly-sweet dishes that are often served at Thai restaurants. Capital Thai pleasantly surprised me! Highly recommend!

Bustling Thai restaurant in the heart of Exeter. Full bar with tasty cocktails. Every appetizer, entrée, and dessert we ordered were delicious.

One of our favorite Thai restaurants on the seacoast! Their Pho is one of the best in an area where it’s almost impossible to find. Worth the try as it’s one of our new staples.

Nice quiet little restaurant. The staff was friendly and even agreed to take a picture of my wife, my friend, and me. The food was great, and not overly spiced. The flavors were wonderful. It smelled so good, I forgot to take a picture for this review.

Honestly, Capital Thai is my favorite restaurant in all of Exeter. Everything is amazing. I haven't had anything that I haven't enjoyed. My top picks are the tofu drunken noodles, crispy veggie dumplings, and chicken satay. So good. The lunch special is also reasonably priced––$10 for a salad, an entree, and 2 crispy veggie dumplings. So, definitely go from 11am-3pm! Not to mention, the people––waitstaff and owner––are so kind and friendly. ((:

We've been here often and always had a great meal. Portions are big, so you'll be taking some food home. Spicy means spicy here, which I love. Otherwise, talk to your server, or bring a towel. Small, friendly atmosphere. Good service. Try the coconut soup with tofu.

Wow!!! Just wow!!! The moment I walked in the staff was kind and accommodating. I started off with a Thom Kha Gai. I’m not kidding when I say it was the best I’ve ever had. The wonderful waitress gave wonderful opinions and helped me choose the Spicy Pad Thai. Again…best I’ve ever had. The dedication to flavors and plating is incredible. Can’t wait to go back with friends!!! I love this place and thank you for the experience.

The owner, two servers, my friend and I were the only ones in the place when we stopped in for a late lunch. Nuy, the owner, was still waiting for his license to sell alcoholic beverages so we just enjoyed the superb food with Coca Cola. I had the Spicy Pad Thai in the spiciest Native Thai version and my friend had the Blossom Dumpling appetizer. Both were as good as at the Oriental Hotel in Bangkok.

This is the place to go in Exeter, NH for Asian cuisine. The food is well prepared and plentiful. Their Pad Thai is one of best we have had and the dinner version is enought for two meals.

Excellent place. Great atmosphere. Modern and cozy. Good for any ages group but I really think millennials would enjoy it the most. It's also a great takeout place. The menu is just the right size. You will not be confused with the items and they offer 4 level of spiciness which makes it easier for everyone to enjoy the great taste of all the food the make.

I ordered tofu Tom yum soup and chicken Khao soi. Both meals were great, some of the best Thai food I've ever consumed. The industrial atmosphere was tasteful and the service was very attentive. No complaints whatsoever, 5 stars.

Edit: Ate here a second time and had just as good of an experience. Ordered the cashew chicken, with pork skewers as an appetizer, they we're both great. Waiter was attentive, but not intrusive. Just another great experience to support my 5 star rating, would rate higher if possible.

Savory Thai dishes that make Exeter stand out. Decorated tastefully so you know you're in a Thai restaurant, but still a relaxing NH atmosphere. The corn fritters are a must with two sumptuous sauces. I had the drunken noodles with chicken and my wife had shrimp pad Thai. Filling portions, but so very good, we're both glad we had leftovers.
