I loved my experience here. Great organization and a very helpful elderly gentleman who really knew where everything was. I found a tiny cork that I needed for a kitchen item. A shop vac on sale, and lots of future items available for workshop projects.

Funny how Lowe's and Home Depot don't have the item in stock but Ace does. Nice store. Well merchandised

We recently had a negative experience at Arjay's, which was a first after coming here for many years. When Dan (one of the owners to this family owned business) found out about it he immediately reached out to us and took care of the situation and made it right! I have to say, not all businesses would personally reach out to you as quickly as Dan did! My husband and I believe that it is important to support local businesses and truly appreciate Dan for making the situation right.

Always have what I'm looking for. Their staff is knowledgeable and always helpful.

Has everything I need to fix up my house, even sells Exeter town trash bags, a little over priced but worth it for the variety

Wow, I have been coming here for years but recently had a great experience at Arjays. I came in looking for a fuse for a car charger and Nick walked me through some options and because it was for a device for my car he helped guide me further when they didn't work. We found that it was the cars fuse and not the device and he even came out and brought me some others to try and let me check out while they were closing. The best service you could ask for, hats off!

Adding an update that I had another trip where Dawn helped me figure out a way to attach a rear bike rack to carry a bag. I was missing a piece that attached the rack to the bike and whereas the exact piece wasn't in stock we found another way to attach the bike using a combination of trial and error and exploring each of the departments. It's working great and she really went out of her way to help me find a solution. Thanks Dawn!

Always friendly. Always nice. They are willing to help you if you have a question and explain what you need to do. If you're doing stuff yourself very great service. Always go there when I'm in Exeter.

My favorite hardware store. It's near my home, has 90% of what I need and is full of people who can help you.

Everyone in the store is so kind and helpful, but Nick was truly phenomenal, he went above and beyond to ensure my husbands Father’s Day gift would be delivered in time! If you are local to the area or even passing through, this location has great deals and even better service! Thank you all a million times again! We will surely be back for any of our home project needs!

My go to hardware store for all my hardware needs. They always have what I need, friendly knowledgeable staff, extensive selection of items, including power tools by Stihl, Craftsman, large selection of paint, nuts bolts, plumbing, truly exceptional variety of stainless steel nuts, Bolts and washers more than the big box stores. If you are looking for something special, try Arjays first.

I love this place and people ! My husband died a year ago and the staff here have taught me everything I need to keep the home and land going: weed whacking, sawing wood, curing wood, painting needs, relining the wood stove, everything ! They help me know what I need, and how to use it. Friendly, friendly friendly.

Outstanding customer service. Clean, well organized. Friendly staff. Visited this store, when I was at a job site, when a challenge presented itself and no tool on the truck would provide a solution. A quick Google search for nearest Hardware store lead me here. Unable to locate a tool solution I consulted with a staff member and explained the situation... In no time I was presented with not only one possible tool, but two. Even more to my delight, both tools cost less then $15. I purchased both, and was able to complete my service call with amazing results.. thank you Arjay Hardware and your entire staff.
