We brought our dog Henry here to help maintain his mobility after being diagnosed with GOLPP. Every staff member we encountered was extremely kind, compassionate, and empathetic. He did therapy for about 8 months. He was 14 and after a short time this became his day out. He would do a full body wag when we pulled into the driveway or when he saw his primary therapist through the window. I am incredibly thankful that we found this facility for him. A piece of joy for him in his last months.

On a recent walk in the woods with my 5 year old Beagle named Odie, I was thinking back to his injury a year ago. Odie suffered a collapsed disk in his back which prevented him from using 90% function in his two rear legs. After some scary talks with our vet, we thought he may never walk anywhere near what he had done in the past. Fast forward a year later and everything has changed. Thanks to Tails of Rye, Odie is back walking, running and loving life. He isn't back to 100% and still has limitations with jumping and sprinting but he is doing so much better than we even expected. Dimitra, Daisy, Donna, and the rest of the staff took exceptional care of Odie and also provided us with exercises to train with him while at home. Odie went to PT twice a week for 12 weeks and has now been continuing once a month to maintain his strength. I can't thank the team at Tails of Rye enough for all the work and compassion they put into helping Odie become functional again. Thank you all!

I can’t say enough good things about Tails of Rye. Our dog had two knee surgeries as well as a pulled groin over the course of a year and a half and we definitely could not have gotten through it without ToR. They took a heartfelt interest in our pup as well as supporting us through her long rehab. Everyone there (and we got to know them all!) was compassionate, conscientious, knowledgeable and communicative throughout. Not only did our dog finally get back to 100% but she misses her visits terribly! They are truly top rate.

Highly recommend. This is a talented staff of dedicated professionals. Our dog had ACL surgery and they worked diligently to get her back to normal function. She is fully healed and I would definitely suggest this for anyone whose dog needs caring, rehabilitative care.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. We took our 10 month old Bernese Mountain dog who had broken a toe and was in a cast for 8 weeks for evaluation. They really checked him out, up, down and sideways, and did not recommend expensive physical therapy, but instead gave us a walking regimen to help strengthen that leg so he could get back to being a puppy again and play!
VERY reasonable fee, great advice, and loved our dog... what else could one ask for?!!!

Our rescue puppy needed PT after FHO surgery and ToR came highly recommended by our vet. Couldn't be happier with the service, level of care and results! If ever our sweet Hazel needs PT again, we'll take her to ToR again and again and again - I'd give this review 100 stars if I had the option.

Tales of rye was highly recommended, waiting list to get in but well worth it.

I have been taking my dogs to Dimitra for 12 years now. Since, I have had several dogs in those years, she has always shown the same dedication. I am convinced that she has helped to allow my dogs to live longer lives. Thank you, Dimitra and Bekah for all you do!
