Great knowledgeable service from Glenn and David. They enthusiastically represent the DJI brand and are great brand ambassadors. The store has all the current products and knowledgeable support. If you’re a drone owner or thinking about it this is the place to go.

My experience at DJI at garden state mall was amazing. I completely am not a tech person and Naj really took the time to understand my needs to get the perfect product for me which was the dji air 3. He was patient and really cared about what made sense without breaking my pockets. Sam was also so informative about all the related apps to complement my new drone and safety. Sam took the time although I wasn’t scheduled for a class, to teach me how to use my drone with all the cool features. Naj took the time to update my phone in store so I could leave there ready to go. Thank you so much for having amazing people on staff. 🤩

Nash was great sales rep. Very attentive and kind. I am super pleased with my purchase and with how easy and quick it was to check out and leave with my new drone. I would rate 5 stars all round.

Shah and David were incredible! They not only were very accommodating and knowledgeable but they helped me to save $400 dollars on my purchase. Definitely better to come in person. They also have information sessions every Saturday which is a plus! The education allows you to get the most out of your investment. I will be coming again and again. Thank You!

Sam and Naj saved my drone !
Firmware wasn’t updating so drone wasn’t able to fly for a year. I came into the store with little to no hope for my drone and after a while they did a firmware update on there computer and saved me drone ! Many many many thanks to Sam and Naj going above and beyond to assist.. great guys !

It was great to buy the drone in the store itself. They really explained the difference between the different types of drones and helped me find what would be best for me personally.

They also have classes that you can do for free when you purchase the drone in store. Overall a tremendous experience!

Incredible incredible service! David, Shah, and last but not least Frank were all super helpful! They did everything in their power to help repair my drone and answer any questions I had. Frank especially showed his knowledge and went over and beyond!

Naj is the most welcoming employee I know! Walked in with no intention on buying anything but his service and expertise easily convinced me to buy the top of the line mic!

Excellent experience on both my visits to this location! First visit was to buy my first drone, David assisted me and was extremely knowledgeable and took time to determine my needs then explained my options and costs before I picked out a DJI Mini 3 pro. He then helped me register it, update the firmware and gave me basic operating instructions. The time he took to explain things was beyond anything I expected. If anyone is thinking of buying online, STOP and go visit this store first. My second visit was for the Saturday morning class which is offered at the store for free. Again, the level of knowledge and attention to detail was amazing. I hate the mall and avoid retail stores as much as possible, but this was incredible experience. No doubt a 5 star rating !!!

Went to the DJI store in the Garden State Plaza store to get a connection issue fixed with my new DJI mini 4 pro. I worked with Shah and he got me going right away. Very helpful even tho i didnt buy the phone at the store.

Store is awesome! NAJ was a great rep who talked me through all my questions and concerns.

Naj he that Guy he made laugh 😅 I was nervous I hate spending money. I spent some money today though!! The whole staff as a whole has been patient with me for months. The staff here is personable and informative. They set me up and gave me a tutorial. Wish me luck!!

Great help, very knowledgeable and walked us through the ENTIRE thing, gave us a GREAT explanation on how everything about the controls worked and how to personalize it to our taste and depending on where we were. Franklin was the greatest help with the drone and explaining the controls but they were all incredibly helpful.
