Barbara Walton is a special person. She is by far the best realtor I've ever worked with. To say she was responsive and helpful is an understatement. We were selling a house in upstate N.Y. while living in Georgia. Barbara did so much to help in any way she could, and she correctly determined how much the house was worth. As a result it sold very quickly. I only wish she lived in GA. so I could use her again.

I wanted to write to you and let you know what a wonderful job Eric did for my wife and I selling moms house.

Eric obviously has been a friend of mine for some time. Funny thing though was that i had been unaware that Eric went into real estate sales. When you're married then have kids friends i guess tend to drift. When he checked in on me after my mom passed i mentioned i wasn't sure what to do with her house; sell or keep it and rent it out. Eric not only talked me through both aspects and the pros and cons, but he did it without trying to "sell me" on the idea of selling. It allowed me to really think it over and decide what was best for me and my family.

When i decided to sell Eric came to the house and took alot of time going through the home to let me know what was worth fixing to help sell and what just needed a little touch up. Throughout the entire process i couldn't have asked for a better agent. I originally wanted to come in real high on the asking because i was emotionally tied to the house. Eric spoke to me multiple times before our final list and gave me information that was accurate and honest. Eric told me in the end if was our decision but he wanted me to know all the information before deciding. I truly believe if he had just rolled over and said sure list at whatever you want i would have never, ever gotten what i ended up getting...which was 33k over list!! Eric was right on about everything every step of the way. When (buyers attorney) ran long on things after the sale, Eric kept refocusing me and letting me know the finish line was right there.

Simply put, i wouldn't have been able to get through the hardest thing in my life without Eric. Eric was excellent at setting aside our friendship when he wanted to give me information that he knew would be harder for me to hear, but he knew as an excellent agent i needed to hear.

Now that the dust has settled and we finally closed i wanted to make sure i reached out to let you know what a great job he did for us. Not that i plan on moving from my own home, but if i hear of anyone else needing assistance i will 1,000% be sending them to Eric and your agency.
