JT's Creamery and Cafe

We really enjoy JT's. It's become our go to when my family comes to visit as they have a crowd pleasing menu. Meat eaters, vegans and gluten free options and based on the consensus everything has been delicious!!! Pricing is fair and reasonable, the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming and we appreciate the atmosphere and energy every time. Looking forward to our continued visits and to finally try out some desserts!!!

My new favorite Syracuse area café! Extensive vegan and gluten free options, super nice service, and a cute location. I had the vegan chicken bacon ranch sandwich and it was delicious. I'll definitely be coming back to try out the rest of the vegan menu.

Everything I had was fantastic! I got the immune booster juice which was crazy good. I wish I lived closer, I’d go every day! I also got a sandwich too which I don’t think you could go wrong with any choice! And the guy working there was extremely friendly and made sure my friend and I had everything we needed!

My friend and I went here for the first time and will definitely be back as well as recommend it to all our friends! The inside had such nice decorations and the guy who greeted was very kind. He explained the menu and helped us figure out what to get. Everything on the menu looked amazing and they have a wide variety of food and accommodate to dietary restrictions with vegan and gluten free options. Lastly. The food was 11/10. So yummy and the smoothie was so good. Outdoor seating was also very clean and overall an aesthetically pleasing place for a nice peaceful lunch.

Delicious. Plenty of vegan options - sandwiches and deserts. I have the meatball and vegan mozz. Highly recommended.

First time here today. I had vegan chocolate shake,taco salad and chocolate cupcake which was very good. Great service ,great prices and a huge menu. I will be back soon. Also I saw someone that was there saying they couldn't taste the mango in there drink they immediately remade it for them. They have been here for 3 years and are on grub hub . I was told by the manager they try to accommodate everyone,which is great.

Great spot for a quick lunch! The smoothie and chicken bacon ranch wrap were fantastic. We loved the patio seating and all of the vegan & GF options. Very kind people too!

Had lunch there for the first time. Everything was fresh, well made, and great atmosphere. So many options to choose from - regular, gluten free, vegan. Something for everyone. You won't be disappointed.

Love the extensive vegan options!! This is a great place to stop in for a quick meal. The staff was very friendly and helpful in suggesting options to us. Had a delicious vegan breakfast bagel and coffee. Can't wait to come back!

Tons of gluten free options as well as vegan options. The owner was very accommodating and went above and beyond to help piece together the perfect breakfast sandwich for my fiancé and me who both have dietary restrictions. The coffee is delicious with endless favors to choose from. I wish there were more cafes like this one around!

Best vegan place in the area! Friendly owner and wonderful environment with amazing food! I have lived in Syracuse for over 3 years now and just now and just tried this restaurant today, wow do I feel like I missed out! If you live near this place it is a must try!

I feel like this local bistro is somewhat overlooked, but the food is great and the service is so personal. They have lots of GF and vegan options for their sandwiches and desserts (ice cream sundaes, amazing cupcakes, brownies, and cookies). Stop in the next time you want a delicious lunch or snack.

JT's has amazing food and service! Great friendly atmosphere. There chicken wing warp is full of flavor! And there coffee, is so amazingly good, words can't describe how great it tastes!

Love this place—and it's right around the corner from my house! They have a wide variety of GF and vegan choices, and the owner is very friendly and always goes above and beyond to make sure my food is the best it can be. Their homemade GF bread is especially delicious.

My mom is gluten free, and she absolutely loves the gf chipwiches, and cinnamon rolls. I came across JTs as a delivery driver, and now my parents are return customers and from what ive heard dads the unofficial spokesperson for them. Lol We love JTs.

The folks here are very friendly and polite. Show real concern for my son's dietary considerations. I'm glad I made the stop. Nice clean cafe with a huge selection of choices for everyone. I ordered the chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich. It was like the one Arby's sells. It was very good. Thanks and keep up the great job.

Every neighborhood should have a place like JT's. One of the hard parts about moving away was that we would not be able to go to JT's regularly, so we always make a point to visit when we are back in the area. From what I understand, the wife is constantly changing up, adding to, and improving upon their menu, which shows just how much love she puts into their food. And the husband chats us up (when it's not busy) while we wait as they both remember my wife and I, and we have noticed that they build the same relationship with all their regulars. It didn't just feel like a small cafe, it felt like visiting some friends who know who to cook and know how to make you feel welcome.

Great find! Food was delicious and customer service was excellent. It is refreshing to find a place that caters specifically to special dietary needs (mine is gluten free). I will definitely be back.
