Movie Tavern Brookfield Square

I love seeing movies here. This is my favorite theater to attend because the seats are comfortable, the screen is huge and the sound is amazing. If you order food it’s a little expensive but tastes great. The staff are also very kind and helpful.

Excellent Experience & Great Staff. Movie Tavern is connected to Brookfield Square. I've been to Brookfield Square, and Movie Tavern before. I can say I always an excellent experience. This was my husband's first time, and he enjoyed it(he's not from WI). Thank you so much and thank you to the Bartender for the fantastic beverages! We will be returning to this location for future visits. Especially Tuesdays! ✨💙

Everybody was so nice and the food was GREAT! I usually dislike buying food from movie theaters, as the price isn’t always worth the product. However, the Tavern got it right! It was delicious. Wonderful experience

This is the theater that my buddies and I usually meet up at because it's centrally located in the Milwaukee area. This is a part of Brookfield Square. I like the food and the bar area. I usually get the bacon cheeseburger without a bun and a side caesar salad. You really can't go wrong. The seats are comfortable. Enjoy the ride!

Had a blast today with the kiddos. It was very chill and family friendly. The Easter bunny could of been more enthused for the kids but it was great‼

Met my friends at this location on Halloween to watch Five Freddy’s! This theater is one of my favorite places. The seats are extremely cozy, and the chicken tenders I ordered were cooked to perfection! The restrooms are always clean and fully stocked. Overall this location is always clean and great customer service is always a plus!

My experience at this location was great. The only thing that I didn't like so much is that they will bring your food to you while you're watching the movie. You don't know if anyone is coughing or sneezing over your food when they're bringing it to you.

The giant screen was great to see GODZILLA on. The drink I ordered was tasty, and the pizza that came during the movie was delicious.

It was really nice place at lounge chairs with little table top that you can place your drinks and food. Very clean will likely go back soon.

We saw "The Chosen" and the seats were great. (Just wish I could have afford food too)

A very nice experience for movies on a Saturday night. Seats are comfortable with the added table giving an updated experience to movie night. Staff was polite and helpful.

Clean theater, good drinks, and the impossible burger was pretty tasty. Ketchup arrived already stuck to the food tray's paper and was a mess to move but considering that's my only negative point I'd still say 5 stars for an overall great time

Me and family always enjoy the experience there. Chairs are so comfortable, screen size is great, and sound quality is amazing 👏. Food options are so good as well, you can have your dinner there. Will keep going and watching new movies in this theater 🎥.

I saw the Barbie movie here, and I had one of the best movie experiences I've had in years. First thing you notice is how clean this theater is, even though their main draw is the food options. Second, the staff are amazingly attentive and accommodating, even though their numbers are constricted by lingering labor market issues. I'm covid-cautious and the person who sold me my ticket showed me the best spot in the theater to social distance. The bar had some outdoor seating for me to eat my pre-film dinner, and the cleanup crew even did their best to give me room to dispose of my leftovers after the movie (even though they didn't have to! 💗 I was wearing a high-quality mask).

Next, the audio quality was superb. I have the increasingly common experience of barely being able to understand the dialogue in modern films, but the sound tech who balanced the Barbie dialogue for this theater did a great job. I might even be able to understand a Nolan film here, haha 😆

There is an entire accessible row for Disabled folks, whether they use wheelchairs or not. The seat reclining function was a little confusing to figure out in the dark, but that's a minor quirk for someone with my current access needs. I would recommend to folks who need more accommodation to come a bit early to the movie and figure out the chairs while the lights are on. That middle row in the standard rooms does require some back recline function, or else you'll have to crane your neck to properly see the screen.

Overall, I had a great experience. The security guy was kinda odd and was constantly drinking beers, but that leaves him about as useful as the average security guard is anyway, so 😂

The whole staff is always friendly and respectful. The lobby and theaters are clean. I would definitely recommend Movie Tavern to my friends.

Can’t believe we no longer have to go to a restaurant and then to a movie. The immersive experience makes the value even better. I have a nice surround sound system but it is embarrassed by the sound at the theater 🎭

I loved this place and still missing. I wish I could go back there soon after the Covid 19 is settled down.
