Celadon has consistently flavorful Thai food. The delicious coconut milk curries with veggies and tofu are vegan and gluten free. You can make your curry spicy or mild- both incredibly good. The mango sticky rice is a simple sweet dessert. The fresh flowers on each table are a thoughtful and appreciated touch. Whenever we are craving the yummy aromas & flavors of fresh Thai food we come here.

Just went here for my daughters graduation celebration with 11 people. Food came out amazingly fast, service was THE BEST!, YUMMY! Very reasonably priced, I see why my daughter loves this place so much. We have never had a bad experience but today was next level... 5+ stars!! Great job to all the staff and THANK YOU!!!

We LOVE it here. We have been coming here (and their previous locations) for years now. The consistency is amazing, everything always tastes the same each and every time. The food and flavors are outstanding. The service is always good, and they’re great/accommodating in regard to having our young children out dining with us. They’re very welcoming, warm, and friendly to children. Highly recommend!

this place is really special and deserves more than 5 stars in every way. My family has been coming here for years, we recently had our wedding rehearsal dinner here and everything was amazing, the food the staff are incredible. Now my new family in law love this place too and the family tradition expanded. Thank you Celadon.

Delicious lunch. I would go every week if I lived here, so many menu items looked appealing. The Thai iced tea was excellent, drunken noodles were enough for 2 meals. Mushroom appetizer was unique and had a very tasty dipping sauce. Would highly recommend.

Delicious and fresh Thai food with a lot of options. The mango sticky rice is always a must-get. The service is courteous and professional to the highest degree. It's clear that the people working at Celadon really care a lot about providing customers with a great experience, even if you are just ordering for takeout.

Came here with my aunt and cousin for dinner a few weeks ago and absolutely would go back. Everything was fresh and delicious, and there were a good variety of spice levels to choose from. The servers were friendly and attentive. Great little place!

This is a great Thai spot. It’s low key, nothing fancy. We tried a bunch of different things and all were great- the vegetables were fresh and the noodles were cooked to perfection!

This place has some of the most amazing Thai food in the area. The folks that run this place are super friendly and always make sure we have the best food in the freshest manner.

After a long drive, popped in here an hour before they closed. They were so welcoming. We ordered the French fries with yellow sauce (sauce was great but fries were nothing special). We really loved the spicy basil fried rice and drunken noodles. Really great depth of flavor, not too oily, and can pick your spice level from 1-5 (recommend 2, 1 was virtually no spice)

I was very nervous about the new upgrade as that usually means the place might have sold out and is now revenue focused.
Celadon continues with their true form and brings gorgeous plates and dare I say perfectly infused flavors.

The customer service is outstanding.
The facility is consistently clean.
The energy is relaxing and inviting.

I would recommend this restaurant over and over.

If your craving Thai food and you want variety and flavor go to Celadon Thai Restaurant. At times they are busy but worth the wait. I have yet to have a disappointing experience. Their duck is delicious, as well as their fish, their drunken noodles, Thai chicken wings, and miso soup.

Very authentic Thai food. I suggested my friends to try and everyone loves it.

Today, I ordered fish garlic and eggplant lover with chicken.

If you like some spicy food, I suggest drunken noodle spicy level 4.

Very competently prepared dishes and very pleasant ambience that make for a wonderful experience!

One of the two finest Thai restaurants in the capital region. It is not a very obvious to spot since it is located in a "house" next to Troy Schenectady Road. They have maybe close to at most a dozen of parking spots. It is a very clean and open restaurant, with a very simplistic interior design, you can see Thailand culture decorated around the walls and Thai music playing in the background. They have friendly staff, always have a genuine smile on their face when they are talking to you. I enjoy both their dine in, as well as take out. Surprisingly, the quality of their take out is nearly equivalent to the dine in.

I tried more than a handful variety of their dishes, they are all very consistent. If you are a first time customer at a Thai restaurant, you should definitely try out their Thai ice tea. It is very creamy with a decently strong tea flavor, yet not overly sweet. I would also recommend their spicy fried rice, or Thai fried rice if you don't like spicy food. The fried rice is packed with highly infused flavors, the rice is cooked just right that it is not too sticky nor too dry. If you like noodles, I will recommend the drunken noodles, they are made with a type of thick rice noodles that gives a very satisfying texture. They recently added more variety of noodle dishes. If you like curry and coconut, you should definitely try it out, the two flavors works phenomenally in a dish. This is usually my go to Thai restaurant.
