JD and team were phenomenal. Down to earth folks, fair pricing, absolutely insane turnaround time, attention to detail, and professional. They replaced a 10+ yo furnace with a new unit and addressed deficiencies in the system, while navigating the tight space. They were able to identify additional items in my basement which I was planning on fixing, and offered great deals for future work, all within the fair pricing I've researched online. Calling plumbers/HVAC folks always seemed somewhat daunting, but these guys made it easy, fast, and did it right. I sound like an ad right now, but these guys deserve it.

Fabio was awesome! He was quick to respond and very honest with assessment, pricing and time frame. We were quoted an outrageous price for repair and Fabio was able to quickly ascertain that those repairs were not necessary. He made the appropriate repairs and did an amazing job! Fabio went above and beyond.

Fabio is amazing! Fixed what turned out to be a very small issue that had been making our a/c and heat noisy. We’ve lived in this house with it for four years and Fabio fixed in less than five minutes. The problem was related to our vent, not the unit, so no one ever mentioned it before. So grateful that Fabio went the extra mile!

JD Is the name of the Specialist that came to my house. He was friendly, took the time to listen to my concerns and then explain his findings and what needed to be done. He did a thorough job, and went over everything he did when the job was completed. Needed an urgent repairs to my heating system and Fabio came out the same day and took care of the problem. He presented several options to consider that would best suit my needs. I am very happy with the service that was provided and I plan to used Infinite Comfort in the future.

Oswald, Phillipe, and Fabio did a ton of intricate, technical, and heavy work. They removed an 87 year old furnace and replaced it with a thoughtfully planned new furnace that supports both a steam and forced hot water system. They worked diligently to get the project done and we have heat again! Not to mention that it’s even better and quieter throughout the house - no more hissing and banging. It’s been a long time since we have come across such a dedicated team. We think that Infinte Comfort’s communications are thorough and timely, and their technicians are at least 300% more knowledgeable, polite, reliable, trustworthy, and respectful, than other groups we have encountered in the past. They are also very neat and clean up the work areas. We received a full explanation of the new system and how it works. We highly recommend them.

The Infinite Comfort techs (JD and Fabio) are on point with providing awesome and fast diagnosis & repairs. I had an emergency situation with my furnace which needed to be replaced, the team was able to get my house back in order super fast. Happy customer!

I had them come service my boiler. I loved the fact that I got a text with a photo of the technician that was coming to my house. Once he got here he was super respectful dealt with my barking dog perfectly, and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend J.D. as your technician he was great!! The cost was affordable for the work, and I’m very happy with the service!

I hired Infinite Comfort to replace a steam boiler for my house. The removal of old boiler and installation of new boiler occurred on Thursday, September 16, 2021. Here is my review for Infinite Comfort:

1). Price paid - Infinite Comfort quoted a very reasonable and fair price for the new boiler, installation of boiler with new pipes as well as removal of old boiler.

2). Boiler - Infinite Comfort recommended the Slant Fin boiler. While our old boiler was an old Weil-McLain boiler, this particular model was priced over $1,000 more since it has a better perceived brand name in the industry. While Infinite Comfort could have pushed a similar model to us they recommended the Slant Fin model since it performs the same, has literally the same components, but at a less expensive price point. Props to Infinite Comfort for being honest and educating me on boilers.

3). Removal of old boiler - Infinite Comfort took the old boiler out fairly quickly. They started around 9:15am and removed and loaded the old boiler on their truck by about 10:15am

4). Installation of new boiler - The owner, Fabio, of Infinite Comfort took the helm in installing the new boiler. He was extremely diligent and laser focused in installing the boiler correctly. Also, he cleaned the work area when he was finished. By the time he was finished it was around 8:15pm. So, about 11 hours from start to finish. Lastly, Fabio was very thorough in explaining how to flush the boiler yearly.

5). Would I hire them again? Absolutely!!! The folks at Infinite Comfort are honest, reputable and insured. Also, they take pride in their craft.

Infinite Comfort was great to work with from initial contact, through updates via text/email. JD and his colleague explained what work was needed and detailed with his time.

Infinite Comfort is STILL our go-to company because they are very reliable and reasonably priced. Fabio and team can always get our house back up and running when issues arise.

JD has worked with us on the last few issues and he is very pleasant, patient and thorough. He takes time to make sure we understand the problem and gives us choices to resolve it without any pressure to sell their services. 👍🏾

Infinite Comfort, came recommended by a colleague at work. I needed maintenance done on my boiler which I have never done. I had it installed more than 15 years ago, They did not disappoint. The cost of the service was very reasonable but the courtesy and professionalism of JD, who was my tech, exeeded 100%. I am using their service again to have maintenance done on my water heater. And will be using them again for regular maintenance.

I called with an emergency situation and this was the only company that could come out first thing the next morning. Fabio came early, worked fast, and was very professional. 10/10

My experience with Infinite Comfort was great. They were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Fabio came to my house the same day I called and explained everything very patiently to me. Osvaldo Alfonso, a great technician, performed a very meticulous and neat job on the second appointment. The installation went smoothly and aesthetically it looks great. This company is great. As a 1st time home owner, I was looking all around for a reliable HVAC and/or plumbing company in NJ, near me that provides fair price and great service. Luckily I came across Infinite Comfort and have been happy with their service, price, and work so far. I initially had my AC unit serviced by Osvaldo and decided to move forward with Fabio for purchasing an entire new AC unit as they helped me receive a competitive price and understand how my almost 20 year old current unit was giving out. I also had my plumbing work done by Fabio. Overall, great staff and will continue using them for my HVAC and plumbing needs.
