Always in and out however if I must wait they always make sure we our comfortable during the wait

Have you ever had a bad experience at a restaurant where nothing was right. Maybe you got overcharged, or got the wrong item, or it wasn't cooked right? Of course you have. It can ruin your meal and even your day. How can a restaurant fix that? They really can't. It isn't if they will make a mistake, but how they handle them when one happens. I am usually gracious, if someone puts a tomato on a burger I just take it off or if they forget a sauce I just ask for a side. This restaurant didn't just meet expectations to fix a problem, they didn't even do what I thought was reasonable. They actually exceeded it, which if you ask my wife is almost impossible. They genuinely seemed to care, was appologitic, and ready to do whatever it took to make me have a great experience. I can't say that before today that there was every a bad experience that the end result made me want to go back and give more of my business...until today.

I get pizza at this location at least twice a week, every time I go the service is excellent, the staff is very patient and kind and my food is always fresh. The manager is a saint and should be rewarded for her efforts. The crew who actually make the dough and prepare the food are excellent. Any restaurant you go to their should always be an expectation their may be a wait, I have no problem waiting for excellent food. Please keep up the good work and thank you! :-)

Personally LOVE this one I’ve never a single time had a bad experience, ok well one time I messed up and ordered some stupid calzone thing but again that was my bad but the pizza and crazy bread are 100% on point the sauce always on hand really love this place!!!!!

Very nice staff doing a good job

Even though they were busy, the counter not only got our order but, successfully upsold us by describing how much better it would be. We got our pizzas quicker than most other locations and the pizzas WERE delicious. Criticism now; someone needs to study their geometry better. One pizza looked like it was cut by Pablo Picasso.

Good and friendly staff always willing to make sure your order is complete and the way you want it nine out of 10 times my pizza is perfect
today it was excellent, just what I had a taste for and beyond

My husband LOVES their pizza ..gotta admit...when its hot n ready...delish!

They actually have pizzas HOT AND READY! This location gets busy, but they do their best to get you in and out. One of two locations that actually habe pizza in the warmer ready to go.

The girl s that work their got attitude problem and are very rude .may be
they where having a bad day.

Best customer service I have had at this location at a last minute meal decision and they were so friendly and curious we need more employees like this

Besides no hot and ready, pizza was good.... was there an inflation on breadsticks though? Because mine were slivers

I recently went to little Caesar in western lights plaza. The pizza was good. The customer service was great.

It's always busy in here but the young man that's always at the register is quick and nice. Always fun going into this place lol
