Too many cancellations

I have combined Insurance for many years. It has been a great company, now that I am on disability please be aware that your 1 year disability policy is not for 1 year is for 11 months since the 1 month waiting period is actually counted as if you were receiving disability.

This company completely went down hill. Used to love them and the customer service was amazing. I referred a lot of ppl. Not anymore.

I have tried to get someone to get back to me on an issue with insurance for over a week, yet, no one has contacted me

Combined insurance customer service is horrible, They take your money. But when it's time to use the policy they drag their feed.

Aflac is better. Combine costumer service is no good. They take your money but when it's time for pay out it's hard to get it from them.

They make a lot of empty
Promises . Been waiting for over two weeks for claim no communication. Stick to Aflac

El servicio que prestan es horrible,cancelé la póliza en noviembre 6 de 2023 y todavía siguen cobrando. Ahora mismo llevo 25. minutos en línea y todavía no han contestado.
