I needed a Corbett to drill a hole through a foundation. The two gentlemen that were at the counter was very helpful and I walked out shortly after being assisted with my purchase. Great staff!

These guys really know their stuff. Whether you are a professional or a hobbyist, these folks will listen to your needs and give you great recommendations.

This place is a great small buisness and always buy my tools from them. They are caring and give the feel that your buisness actually means something. They have a the tools the big box stores have but offer something that they can't consideration. I would recommend anyone in the trades check them out they can't be beat. I will continue purchasing all my tool needs from them as long as I am in buisness.

She was beyond helpful, kind and extremely efficient with the fulfillment of my order. Highly recommended the company and always ask to speak with Brittney! She is great!

There is no other place on Long Island that has the knowledge and expertise that Dynamite Tools has. I've been using them for tool repair and purchase for over 10 years and they have never disappointed me and they've always been able to help. The owner is incredibly dedicated to his work and his customers and it shows in the way he and his staff care about every transaction. Go there and you will see exactly what I'm talking about! This place is great, a toy store for adults, they have it all and the prices are very competitive, even with online prices. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Stores like this just don't exist on Long Island anymore. I was so happy to find it. This is my new Saturday destination, before 1:00. Just don't tell my wife.

If you are someone like me who does not have any knowledge or info about tools - this is the place to come to. Each time I come with a problem or question they set me up with exactly what I need and are happy to do so! RJ and the staff are all super experienced and have been doing this for decades. Highly recommend this small business instead of a big box store.

I call them and talked to a very polite lady that helped me in every aspect of what I was looking for and took the time to actually go on the floor and grab kreg product I was interested in, it came to my house just as fast as Amazon prime and I live 800 miles away from them. I will be buying more stuff from them in the future. I just want to let everybody know the customer service is the best and to not believe the awful negative things people say about this place. 👍👍👍👍👍

Dynamite tool is a great shop with a large product line. They have hand tools to heavy duty shop equipment, and everything in between. From Veto Pro Pack to Festool they have it all. The only downside is you can spend way more money then you expect. Run in for a quick thing and leave $500 later...

Very helpful folks. Gave me excellent advice to keep my Honda snow blower in tip top condition with Techcon fuel additive. Cant believe their selection.

I've purchased many tools from Dynamite Tool over the past 10 years and have never had anything other than good experiences with them. More than good products and great selection, they have always lent their expertise and have never steered me wrong. A few examples:

I once came in to purchase a tool. They had the tool in stock but did not feel it would meet my expectations. They were happy to suggest another solution (which precluded a sale). In short, they gave me good advice instead of going for the quick buck.

On another occasion, I purchased an air compressor as a gift for a friend who had helped me out. My friend refused to accept the gift saying it was too much and I should just buy the beer on Friday. The folks at Dynamite Tool took the compressor back for a full refund and then deeply discounted a line laser, which my friend ultimately accepted.

One of my LED work lights quit about a year after I purchased it and they gave me a new one off the shelf at no charge.

I was on my way to Dynamite Tool to purchase something I needed for work very early the following morning. Traffic was heavy and it was clear I wouldn't get there before they closed. I called ahead, gave them a credit card for the purchase, and Brian waited 15 minutes for me in the parking lot. He cheerfully handed me the tool when I arrived. Service doesn't get any better than that.

They took some time to locate and order parts (small nylon strips for the base of a dust shroud). The strips were ridiculously cheap and surely not a money maker given the effort they took to locate them. Still, they did it, so now the tool is back in service.

Finally, and probably most important, their recommendations have even led me to new and better ways of working that have saved me time and money over the years.

I think they're a great shop.

RJ and staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, love the personal service. Much better then a big box store. The store is amazing with tools and accessories that I didn't even know about. Ill be back!

Dynamite tools is a phenomenal store from the broad variety of quality tools to the thorough knowledge and hospitality of the staff, including the very important and comforting fact that the vice president of the store is always present and ready to extend his appreciation to customers. The combination of all these great professional qualities makes shopping in this store a pleasure. You always leave knowing you have the right tool for the job and it was money well spent.
