Get Air Trampoline Park

My family and I love Get Air! Located inside Destiny USA in Syracuse, NY, this location provides a huge space for kids and adults to jump, get some air, and have an extremely fun time doing it. There are so many fun things to do that you'll find it hard not to be happily exhausted by the end of your play stay. The staff are friendly and help maintain order as there are some rules that must be honored in order to keep people safe and have less chaos. The price is great! You can book some time from 1 hour up to 3 hours, and they host birthday parties and fundraiser events as well. I've been here 3 times, and each time I had a really fun time and made some great memories with my son. If you plan a trip, the best way is to order online and plan in advance to skip the lines and to get air quicker. 5 stars!

Visited for a birthday party. Super fun spot for my 5 year old. Large climber/ play structure with slides, plus the trampolines and a couple foam pits.
Their bathroom could use some thought though, for a spot with lots of kids, all of the soap dispensers were up too high.

The manager and staff are kind, caring, and take pride in their location. They're great with the kids and assure a safe but fun environment. Great place for the kids to run off some steam and to give parents a break!

This place is so amazing. The woman Jenn who is the manager is fantastic! She went out of her way to make sure my family and I had the very best time. Highly recommend!

We had a Birthday party at Get Air Destiny and after three kids ages 15, 12 and 10 and all the Birthday parties they have had, this was by far the best! The facility is clean, and while I was concerned because the facility is a little smaller than the other one locally, it actually was better because the kids all played together rather than being spread apart the whole time. Luis and Randy were AWESOME and so helpful. This location is now my new place to go when the kids need to get energy out and I need to get some work done!

So glad this location is open! We come to Destiny to keep the kids active in the winter (and crazy heat...) so this new location is perfect. Great mix of obstacles and options for the kids, convenient location in the mall, great staff. We'll be regulars for sure!

We went there this weekend for my nephews birthday party and had so much fun. The adults may have had a little more fun than the children.
It was clean, the staff were absolutely amazing and helpful.
We will definitely be purchasing memberships so we can go frequently.
So glad to have more activities in the mall for the kids…

My step son and I had an absolute blast here! We started playing dodgeball by ourselves then other kids joined in making it such an awesome experience! Any employee we encountered was more than willing to help us! We will be back again!

Went here with my family yesterday and had a really great time. I didn’t catch his name, but the employee working last night was great. He was really nice to my very cranky two year old and I noticed him cleaning and sanitizing throughout our visit. It was a great time and we’ll definitely be back

The kids called it a combo of Billy Beez and Get Air, and they had a great time. Very accommodating and friendly staff too!

This place is absolutely amazing, after having a rough start for a birthday boy, this place really made us feel better!!! Very welcoming, friendly and a clean environment! Highly recommended and will come back!! Thank you so much!

Luis and Pedro are top tier party hosts, my daughters party was so amazing because of them. Luis made sure we had everything we needed and was very persistent with making sure we had enough napkins, utensils, etc.. Pedro kept in contact with me even after his shift to make sure my party went well. That is above and beyond customer service. I would definitely go to the Syracuse Get Air again with my entire family. Everyone left with a huge smile on their faces including the adults. Thank you Luis and Pedro for everything you’ve done; you guys made my daughters birthday the best one yet.

We had are son's 6th birthday party at getair at Destiny Usa. Liam had a great time with all of his friends, the staff was great and did an excellent job. We will most definitely go again..

The manager Pedro is very attentive, professional. The other staff friendly and helpful, and the place including the bathroom is so clean and tidy. I visited with my two girls on high-peak hours on a Saturday and they had about five birthday parties going on in addition to individual visitors yet the process of checking people in (wavers and transactions) was streamlined and efficient. I highly recommend this place for birthday parties or regular entertainment for kids.

What a wonderful time and very clean there. The owner was so pleasant. I brought my tickets online and I could not fine the voucher number so I told him that I can’t find it . That it didn’t come to my email but I showed him that I did pay for it he was not worried about it one bit. He told me to get my socks and to have a good time and that he will believed me. My granddaughter and great nephew had such a great time. I definitely would highly recommend this place. I will be back. Thank you so much to the staff.😀😀

Wow ! Where to begin, this place is phenomenal. The owner was helpful, kindhearted, and welcoming. This was our first time here and it is geared towards all ages. At get air in Cicero, it is more geared towards preteen and teens, however, this place all ages! Even my one year old was able to interact by going down the slides. As a family we all had fun. There is so much to do, jungle gyms for the kids to climb on, slides, foam pits, swings, balance beams, trampolines and one thing that is super awesome is for the safety of the kids, there are play mats at the end of the slides so they don’t get hurt going down them! Love this place and we will be back for sure!

Very kind and attentive staff!!! My kids enjoyed their time playing ! I have a 4 year old (as of today) and a 1 year old. They had an absolute blast! We will absolutely be back! Bravo to the manager and staff this place is very well kept.

The staff is incredible the location is big and safe for all ages!
Lots of choices and lots to do!
They have a toddler time between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays
Which is nice because little kids don't stand a chance on the weekends! It's very crowded and overwhelming.
So it's amazing that they have the toddler time...
Although I don't like when school is out they dismiss the toddler time...
Just because school is out - doesn't mean that the toddlers shouldn't get their 2 hours a day still on Tuesday & Thursdays.

It's simply not fair.
I think that this should be adjusted.
It's only 2 hours. The larger kids get the entire rest of the day still.
Meanwhile the little guys don't get any time at all ever the whole week that school's out.
Just some food for thought!!!

I have been taking my granddaughter there for several years. The yearly pass is well worth the money. Can't wait for the Cicero location to open back up. Jerome is the manager and I love the staff!

Recently had a birthday party for our kids at the Destiny Mall location. Our kids are 6, 4, and 2 y/o twins. They all have December birthdays so we did a joint party with all their friends. It was fantastic! Very well set up to accomodate all ages-there was something for everyone to do. Thanks again for the great party!
