James Cirasuolo: Allstate Insurance

The insurance is over priced compared to other carriers. Im switching. Also, my account seems to switch hands several times over the span of a couple years....

0* stars, Allstate is the worst. You give them money every month and if you ever need to contact them they treat you like garbage. Never even spoken to my “agent” pretty sure they just make up a name to say you have one.

Everything is all fine until you file a claim, no one gets back to your messages or calls, had to use another branch to help me out. Company was very disorganized handling my claim, I had to get the bank I had car loan with to get after them to get my claim.

Tried resolving an issue over the phone and the woman quickly took a condescending and unhelpful tone. Quick way to lose business.
