Hector and Moises are our go-to for home projects. We initially hired them for a big job involving installing hardwood flooring. We have since hired them to install a simple hand rail and some smaller handy-person jobs. Overall, HM won't be involved with the designing aspect (and make sure to give them specific instructions if you have any preferences - e.g., direction of flooring), so I probably would use another company if I need both design and construction, but they are great for projects that don't require as much design.

H.M Consulting built us new Trex composite deck and back steps from our house to the patio. Hector was really great to work with, he was honest, reliable and accommodating. He had the project finished in under a week, and was considerate and flexible with our schedule. His price was very fair relative to other quotes we had received, and he was very transparent about the cost of materials, etc. We are very happy with how the deck came out, and we would use Hector and his team again for future projects. We would recommend them, they are nice people to work with.

These guys did an absolute fantastic and thorough job. They assessed the job then few days later sent over a crew to do the work. The workers were very considerate of our home and you can tell they were giving plenty of attention to get it done right. We are very happy w the work. Hard working and very knowledgeable. They don’t “trick” you into spending more than what is absolutely needed for the repair. Cost estimates are unbeatable. Thank you!

This company was awesome from the time I called. Edward stayed on the phone with me for about 25 minutes trying to reassure me and explain how foundation and leaks work. He was patient and answered every question I asked even though it was 10:30 at night. He made sure to follow up the following day and had someone out that night to access the damage. When the guys came to work, they were amazing. I have had horrible experiences with contractors in the past and as a new first time homeowner, it has left a bad taste in my mouth. I did not feel uncomfortable once with them in my house. They were quiet, polite, and accommodating. They even checked over their work and cleaned up their mess. Everything was reasonable priced and I would definitely use them again.

I was looking for a local contractor to do work on my house but I didn't no anyone. I ran google searches and found Moises at Long Island Handyman Construction Group. I explained my situation to him and he offered to come to my house for an estimate. The price he quoted was fair and reasonable.

The next day he came to my home and performed the repairs. I was happy with the quality of the work and the level of professionalism. I would recommend Long Island Handyman Construction Group to my friends and will definitely call them for any future repairs.

Amazing company! I had the pleasure of meeting Moises, Hector and Tony when I contacted Long Island Handyman Group to install a fence and finish my basement. They are so professional and also extremely sweet guys! They exceeded my expectations and were able to help me get exactly what I wanted while respecting my budget. They are super creative and helped me find the most cost efficient ways to get the job done and the results were pure quality!!!! Thank you to Hector and Moises and the team for an amazing job replacing a rotted wood structure/stairs etc in the front of my home. I so appreciated their high levels of professionalism and creativity throughout the process. Planning to use for them additional projects around my home. Would recommend them for any project.

Great crew and men of their word. There was a half day additional expense to repair the roof deck which was unexpected, but they only billed me for additional materials. My new flat roof is great and leak free. Will be back for my new office and basement in the summer.

The guys were extremely courteous and their work was impeccable. They painted the entire interior of the house (3 levels), fixed and re-tiled a damaged shower wall. They also did handy work with some of the electric, as well as replaced a couple of doors. It was a 5 day job and they finished right on time and on budget.

Thanks for the speedy repair service. Their price was reasonable but it was the next day service that I needed. After the recent storm my house near the south shore had sustained damage to the roof and doors. Will use them again in a heartbeat.

Several months ago, this company did a few jobs for me and I’m here to say the work was done well and is holding up very nicely! The team is professional and quick. Fair prices!

Much respect for these guys. Edy and Moises go out of their way to satisfy your needs. I've worked with a lot of different handymen/contractors and I can't commend them enough. They are affordable and their service is top notch. Highly recommend them.

Hector and the crew did a great job!

They came when i needed them to fix my storm door that came off and broke the frame. Clean job, reasonably priced. Def plan on using them for future work.
