Great experience with in store pick up!
Felt like walking into an old world hardware store.
The gentleman in front was great and even helped me to my car. I was in and out in under 5 minutes.

Schaefer 's Ace Hardware in Plainview is a very friendly and professionally run business. The staff is always there to provide excellent help with anything you need. Their customer-centric approach is clear from the moment you walk into the store. This all starts from the top down. Tom, the store manager, makes sure that his entire staff provides the highest service to ensure customer satisfaction. Good work Tom and the entire staff at Schaefer’s Ace Hardware. This place is a gem. I was able to get help to solve small problem at home I would never have received the service in a home Depot or a Lowe's highly recommend

My husband and I called the store looking for a product that was unavailable in the Ace hardware store near us. Fortunately for us, they had it in stock and were able to put it aside. When we arrived we were pleasantly greeted by several employees. When we mentioned that we were there to pick up our order, they had it ready and waiting for us at the counter. It was such a pleasure shop in a store where the employees are friendly and helpful.That is a rarity these days.I wish this store was closer to us.

They say you'll walk into a store with a mind set on certain items to buy and walk out with items you didn't intend to buy.
First trip here proved that point. Staff helped me find items location's, gave great recommendations and interaction was largely pleasant.
Courteous, professional, personable and well-rounded store. Also convenient to the highways and within a decent sized shopping center.

It was a phenomenal experience! The ladies were very friendly over the phone and answered all my questions. In person they assisted me and getting some motorcycle keys. Everybody in the store was really pleasant and I would highly recommend coming to this location.

Awesome customer service & comparable prices. Surprisingly I found a few things cheaper than HD. Don't have to drive 10 mins to HD or L anymore, hardware supply store right in the backyard.
