Hello everyone I would not recommend moving into any of there properties They don’t care about there tenants They don’t like making repairs they will make sure to call you and remind you that rent is due before the date However they will ignore your call when it comes to repairs They overcharged my account and I have a credit of over $2000 and they refuse to refund me ignored my calls
They screen calls I had to call from a different number to get an answer They said they were going to send me a check two weeks ago (LIED) they waited to April came and charged me March 30 for rent . Now they are saying they want to keep it as a credit
It so sad how these people treat us like we are nobody

I just moved out of the apartment at the end of October . I kept calling to check the status of my security deposit and they stopped answering . I emailed them tonight regarding about my security deposit and how my central air stopped working and I made several calls to have them fix it and the 3 times they sent someone the central air wasn’t fixed. My son and I had to sleep in heat for 3 days until I bought an AC for $300 ! It’s about to be 30 days and I haven’t received my security deposit they tried to say I have $700 balance when I paid 3437 to move in and I should only have 1860 left due to my request of them taking 1575 out for rent for October. I never was late on rent and I didn’t owe them anything . I left my apartment very clean when I left not an inch of dirt or damages either. Hopefully I get my security deposit back because I would hate to sue Opex Realty Management.

If I can give 0 stars I would.
Rat and roach infested buildings.
Workers will ignore your call cause they know you calling to complain.
You never talk to the actual landlord because he is too busy buying building being a scum landlord.
Do not rent with this ppl. My least is up in 4 months and I can’t wait to leave!!!!
If you late with rent I mean even 3 days thru will be calling you harassing you. Buildings dirty , neighbors ghetto. Find you some where else to rent.

They gave half of my security deposit back only to tell me to wait to cash the check to make sure they have the funds! It’s been a week, I’ve been calling and now they won’t answer me! But they answered when I had a friend call! So they are purposely not answering me! Do no rent from them. I’m not done with these people yet, they need to me shut down!

Very very unprofessional, they tried to take my rent and security when I didn't move in because we found bed bugs. I sued them and won.

The worst place to rent from my heat started to act up and still not working do not rent from them and still paying my rent because I want to move when my lease ends in July

THEIR IS NO HOT WATER AT ALL FOR 2 DAYS

You call they ignore and will not give you you're security back beware of this office
