This is a private lake community park. Beautiful serene, clean small park meant for residents and their guests only.

Just moved to the area and it's gorgeous. I'd say the biggest improvement that needs to be made is to figure out which boats belong and which have been abandoned along the shore/docks by people visiting over the summer.
