I could not have asked for a better realtor than Dana Posner. She walked me through every step of the process of preparing and selling my property. She was always available whenever I needed her, explained everything I did not know or understand. She followed through on everything that needed to be done quickly and efficiently. I never had to push her to follow up on anything or worry about what happens next. She kept in touch regularly and kept me informed as soon as there was any developments. The photographer she brought made my house look beautiful and the drone shots of the property was a welcomed surprise. People I told about the drone shots never heard of a realtor using one before but because of the size of my property, it was definitely a selling point that attracted buyers. The first person who saw the property bought it and Dana kept communicating with the other party until the details were worked out and was there for me at the closing. She is thoroughly trustworthy, reliable, honest, and on top of her game without being pushy or insensitive. I have recommended her to a number of people and proud to have had her as my agent.

Dana was fantastic and in the best way I can I will share why. From the first phone call about a listing, Dana was professional, polite and conscience of what we were looking for. There was never a time I left her a voice message, because she always answered the phone. Every house and every schedule that needed accommodation she made it happen! Dana absolutely cares about helping and making the process of looking and “buying” a house easy. There may be a lot of options out there for a realtor, but hands down Dana is the best!
