The Cheesecake Factory

It's been awhile since my last visit but the food was excellent. The cheesecake was everyting as usual. The Mexican corn is awesome, but for that price, I'll make it at home like always. Not crowded during the week but also less service staff. Had to wait too long for refill on drinks. I enjoyed the experience.

I know it’s not healthy but I just love to sit in this place and try all different cakes with large groups of friends. You can’t make reservations and wait times are extremely long. Why don’t they just integrate one of the reservation app to their system 😑 I really don’t get it.

Cheesecakes are always the best!

This was my first time here. I went with my sister. I think when I passed by the cheesecakes displayed up front I must have ate with my eyes 1000 plus calories!!
They looked delicious!
Our server was suberb, I believe her name was Laura.
The menu had some many options. I liked that they did have a "Skinnilicious" menu half the calories & still delicious. I got the salmon it was cooked to perfection! My sister went with the steak with mashed potatoes.

We ordered asparagus fries, street corn, fish tacos, Evelyn pasta and basil flat bread and classic cheesecake. All of them were great.

The server was very friendly, he corrected the item which he mistook for something else. He was very sweet to us. Even for the takeout he ensured it happens fast enough.

Overall vibe was great. And the food even better. Would not mind going here again.

Celebrated Father's Day here today with my little family. They were kid friendly and the food was pretty good. Our waitress Kimberly G. Was super nice. We had a good time.

We had such a great time. My husband took me there for date night. The energy from all the staff, starting with the host and our server Cory. They were amazing. The food was delicious and the drinks set the laughter in motion!!!
We will definitely be returning for another date night!!!

Fantastic and delicious tasting food.

Our sever Gina was phenomenal & what a charm. She recommended the shrimp & chicken gumbo & boy it was outstanding 🙏🔥🤤. Then was my first time ever having fresh Cheesecake Factacory cheesecake. I went with the traditional & amazing strawberry cheesecake my wife had the Cinnabon Cheesecake 🧨💥🔥🔥🔥

Vanessa was fantastic with our service tonight. Kept us in the loop with the order and checked up on us with our drinks and how we were doing during the busiest dinner time. She deserves a raise!

They were very busy on a Sunday. I sat at the bar and had a bowl of soup while I waited for 2 take out dinners. The bartenders were friendly, quick, and efficient. They made my blender drink while also handling the rest of the full bar and also all the service drinks from the waitress and waitresses with ease. My food came out perfectly timed and with all the proper napkins and plastic utensils.

It's a great place for an evening out. The food was tasty, as was the service. It's a busy place, especially on the weekend: thus expect a wait.... up to 20 minutes on the day we attended.
The spaghetti meatballs were the best entrée dish. The cheesecakes, as expected, were delicious. The tiramisu cheesecake was our favorite.

We were pleasantly surprised that every dish we had was delicious, and even our picky kids enjoyed their meal.The server was entertaining, attentive, and made good recommendations when questioned, with a great selection of cocktails and obviously great cheesecake.

It was pretty busy but the wait wasn't long at all. I liked that they run lunch specials til 5pm and the smaller lunch portions were perfect. I tried the chocolate mousse cheesecake and it was great. Theres so many flavors to choose from that it's hard to decide. I was very pleased with my experience. Would recommend and will definitely return.

Good Cuban panini. The roasted pork and ham were lean, the swiss cheese was melted, the pickles, mayo and mustard were tasty, and the roll was crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside. Unfortunately, the side salad that came with it, wilted lettuce dressed with a tasteless vinaigrette, was inedible. The other side offered was fries which has to be the better choice. The cherry/chocolate cheesecake was good, as was the service and ambiance. UPDATE-1: Had the mushroom burger with a side of french fries. The french fries were very good and the burger was perhaps the best I've had in Syracuse. Two of the things that make it special are the texture of the burger and the use of fontina cheese. UPDATE-2: We ordered Buffalo Wings and Roadside Sliders as appetizers. I can't recommend the wings, but the sliders were quite good. We then shared The Everything Flatbread Pizza and requested a side of marinara to dip the crust. It was outstanding. UPDATE-3: We like the Everything Flatbread so much we decided to try the Bee Sting Flatbread. It was excellent and quite unique, but we still prefer the Everything Flatbread. Those who avoid garlic should be warned that although not mentioned in the description found on the menu, the Bee Sting includes a generous amount of roasted garlic cloves as one of the toppings.

The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. My fiance and I didn't have to wait long at all for our food. The staff was polite and attentive. Overall it was a great experience. It was a perfect date night for our 16th anniversary.

We sat at the bar and had a glass of wine and appetizers. The wine was pricey but the appetizers were a fair price.

Nice thing about the atmosphere is that you don't feel like you're in a mall, which I find preferable. Food was wonderful, ordered the Shepard pie,was delicious. Wait staff was courteous and attentive. Ordered an Old Fashioned to drink,wowza...strong stuff. Family loved it all in all.

It's in destiny mall on the first floor where you can eat inside or outside watching people walk around the mall. The staff is friendly and great. The food is great and the Desserts are delicious if you love cheesecake 😋. My first time there and would definitely eat there again. My wife and parents were with me it was nice and relaxing. A must try if your in or near the mall 😉. You won't be disappointed.

Best meal I’ve had in a very long time with excellent service!

The food was great. The service was excellent, Gina was the most accommodating waitress. I had Pineapple shrimp chicken with rice and a couple espresso martinis. Took a piece of Adam's Peanut butter cheescake home.

Sunday Afternoon Brunch (12pm EST.) Service was definitely lacking, waited to be seated and waited nearly the same amount of time for a drink order. Once we ordered it didn't take long for the food to arrive. Food however is always good, never been let down. If you dine in, I'd request a table instead of booth. As the booths can be a bit uncomfortable for longer stays.
