Childtime of Hilliard

I’ve been taking my son here a couple days a week for three years now. Truly LOVE this center. The communication / updates on the Sprout About App is amazing and I can see that they truly work with the kids on all sorts of topics and skills. My son loves this place and is going to miss his friends and teachers. Thank you for everything!! 10/10 recommend.

Well run daycare. The Director does a great job managing the facility and communicates regularly with parents to keep us updated. The teachers really care about my child. They provide updates in the app and at pick up. They do lots of fun and educational activities. We left another daycare after having issues with safety and communication and were so happy to find this place. We've been at ChildTime for 2 years now.

I love the center. I feel it's a safe place for my daughter and it makes me feel at peace when I drop her off. thank you guys.

Very difficult to get through to the center. You talk with a corporate representative and are required to schedule a tour. I wasn't wanting this. I just wanted info on school age summer camp. After 3 phone calls with corporate phone number I got the phone number to Hilliard directly. So I call and all I can hear a female adult yelling at children in the background. You know what, no thanks.....I think I will keep looking. Maybe this is why it is so hard to talk to facility directly.....they really don't want you to hear the real deal.

not a good/clean daycare at all. I could give 0 rate if I can. managers do not communicate well. teachers donot care about childs.

I’m not sure how this daycare is run but I am concerned. I had a tour scheduled yesterday…walked right into the building with no buzzer, the Directors door was closed. No one greeted me, I asked for help, knocked on the Directors door with no answer, we walked down the hall and no one acknowledged me. One class had babies, another room was watching a movie on the large screen and the third room was engaged talking to kids.
