Kroger

I came in with an exchange issue and Austin (with customer care) set aside what he was doing and helped me resolve my issue asap. He took around 30 mins of his time to make sure we got to the bottom of the problem and resolve it and I wanted to shout him out. I always see him working and he’s an outstanding worker and young man. Thanks for your help Austin !

Love Shopping at Kroger. This kroger has everything you need but I wish the place was larger. It could be spaced out a little bit more. The checkout counters during peak times is a nightmare navigating through. But still I would prefer going there.

This is the most friendly workers I have ever encountered in a grocery store. Lots of work was being done,but several people said hello and offered to help me.

The staff were all very polite. I needed help finding a breakfast food not many are familiar with the associate was very knowledgeable about the product I was asking for help finding, He was also able to show me right where it was in the same aisle I spent 20 minutes looking for the cereal I wanted. This is my favorite Kroger they are always usually stocked with the things I buy regularly and the staff is usually always helpful and polite.

I just love the staff at this Pharmacy . There are friendly and super helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure the customers taking care of.

This is one of the best stores I’ve ever been to. Everything is always super clean and the staff looks like they genuinely enjoy their job. Great products and discounts. Special shout out to mrs. Sara she usually works nights at the self check out and she is one of the best grocery store clerks I’ve ever seen. She brings a real sense of peace and happiness to the place and make it my favorite store where I live and is always super kind. 5/5 stars

I really enjoy living within walking distance of this Kroger location. The store is clean, well stocked, and has a nice bakery/sushi/seafood/meat section. They have plenty of self-checkout lanes, so I've never had to wait to checkout. The shopping plaza itself can get pretty busy sometimes.

Usually very friendly staff. Carts always available/retrieved and I like the produce selection.

This isn’t a complaint against the company, just be wary with your littles more than normal in a parking lot. The people driving through this lot are worse than other lots. Driving too fast and don’t like to yield for pedestrians.

Tried out the new Clicklist service today. I loved it! Shopped online, filled my cart in my own time where I could check my pantry inventory, and ordered. Super easy (just like making an online shopping list) and all my digital coupons automatically applied so I still saved a bunch! I ordered some produce and we able to leave them descriptions of what I like (firm, weight, etc.). No more shopping in store hungry, waiting in lines, or dealing with other shoppers. Just order, arrive, and they load your car!

Plenty of uscan registers with no limit on grocery items. Friendly and helpful staff.

I have frequently been to Kroger's on Hillard Rome rd. I just wanted to give a thumbs up for the management and mostly the staff.
Customer service is probably better than any grocery store I have ever been in. The store is very busy with many things. It is my go to grocery store period.

I'm super impressed with this Kroger. The employees at the registers do a phenomenal job, quick, polite. And I love they bag your groceries with care. I used to shop at Miejers up the street but with be driving the extra few blocks to come here instead.

Im a little late but this employee should be recognized for outstanding customer service. It was the day before thanksgiving i went in later in the evening after work to get the last few things i needed for thanksgiving dinner. The shelves were rummaged and night stockers were down every eisle. I went down the spice eisle to find cinnamon sticks but was having trouble finding them. An employee named trina was stocking spices and asked me what i was trying to find. I told her and she found them for me right away and explained the spices are in alphabetical order. That was hilarious to me because im 29 years old and have never knew that. So i also told her i needed cloves and we looked but the cloves were all gone besides some really expensive ones that were 8 dollars. She told me hold on are you gonna be shopping because she was gonna go in back and look if they had some for me. That was the sweetest thing. I never even asked her she offered. She was so willing to go out of her way for me with a smile too. It made my heart happy because those kind of people are honestly hard to find. Thank you so much whoever hired that woman and thanks trina for everything. Your awesome!!!! By the way i love this krogers!! Amanda at the u scan your awesome too. So polite and sweet every time i see ya.

They were very busy this afternoon but, they were well staffed, well stocked and the checkout was quick. Kroger still has the best customer service of any grocery in the area.

I want to give a big shout out to the manager Kim she did a great job fixing a situation that occurred I’m not a big Kroger shopper but this just made me want to pass this message along that their customer service is amazing
