Amazing Staff, doing their best despite dealing with all the chaos.

I would give the Dept. Of Social Services more than five stars. Each dept. was more than helpful in my time of need. My Case Worker Mrs. Leal was always kind and caring and took the time to help me anyway she could. I'm forever grateful. I have many medical problems and would have been lost without their help. God Bless.

Well where do I begin workers love to gossip bout clients housing unit refusing to help me get affordable housing but helps those that shouldn’t even be on welfare cause their husbands work… then penalize u for trying to make ends meet. I can say a lot more but I feel like I’m being discriminated against because I’m not a specific religion with 3 to 10-12 kids. Also because of an incident that actually did happen. I went in to tell them I need help finding affordable housing and they told me the only thing that’s open is the shelter and no not mentally good for me and my son. They don’t help u at all they don’t see what they can do and they wait for u to be out on the street. This county needs to start caring about those who really needs the assistance instead of helping those that are milking it. I’m definitely in need of affordable housing I don’t have much money to live in and I have a son…DOESNT WANT TO HELP A FAMILY THATS ABOUT TO LOSE HOUSING-AND PREVENT FROM BEING HOMELESS AND IN SHELTER

I can't seem to get anyone on the phone Except they're call center The caseworker I have never seems to be at her dask And They gave me a number for Their supervisor In which case she's never at her desk it seems like cause I've left 4 messages and they never seem to call back or answer the phone

WORST STAFF NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE ALWAYS BLAMING THEIR COWORKERS THEY TAKE NOTES DONT PASS THEN ALONG REFUSE TO SEE YOU AS A PRIORITY IT YOU'RE NOT JUMPING DOWN THEIR THROAT OR THREATENING TO SPEAK TO THE SUPERVISOR. YOU'RE BETTER OFF IN THE BRONX IN 2022 !

I just called the TEMPORARY FOOD ASSISTANCE OFFICE A WHITE LADY PICK UP AND I ASK TO GIVE HER MY FLORIDA EBT DEPARTMENT FAX NUMBER IN ORDER TO TRANSFER A NOTICE SAYING THAT MY CASE IS BEING CLOSE SHE WAS BEING RUDE LIKE TBH THIS WAS VERY INAPPROPRIATE WE ALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO CALL AND HAVE THE RIGHT TO GET HELP WE NEED BY THE GOV SOME OF THE PEOPLE IN THE ROCKLAND OFFICE LIKE THIS WOMAN IS VERY NASTY WITH THEIR ATTITUDE GOOD THING I FORGET TO ASK FOR HER NAME SHE WONT LAST ON THAT JOB WITH THAT TYPE OF ATTITUDE JESSICA EUGENE SAID😏✍🏼

I would give this a negative star. Everything is outside and the workers are not very good people and are not very helpful with things to be done and getting answers.
