Paul and his crew did a phenomenal job at my home installing new flooring after water damaged my existing floors. Paul was able to get to my home asap to prepare a detailed estimate and timeline going forward. His entire crew (Niko, Enrique and Daniel) all were very punctual, detail oriented, and worked extremely clean. My expectations were greatly exceeded and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paul and his crew to all of my family/friends/coworkers in need of home renovations. I am a customer for life now! Paul was recommended to us by a friend. He redid our bathroom and completed other jobs for us at that time. Based on that success we did not hesitate to have New Horizon Homes help us when we moved to our new home. They painted the entire interior of the house, installed flooring, and redid two bathrooms and a kitchen. Here are a few pictures of the kitchen and dining area; but the work on the whole house was done superbly. Thank-you Paul and New Horizon Homes!

Paul and the entire crew were wonderful. They showed up every day in time, were very neat throughout the entire job. Most importantly the quality of work was perfect. I did a complete build out of approximately 1000 square feet. A bathroom, kitchen large family room, new flooring and windows. Completed quickly and stayed on job until completion. I did not have to look for them ever. Highly recommend them.

Paul was fantastic to work with. He helped us come up with a plan for our basement that worked with our budget and was patient with our questions and requests. He made helpful suggestions and ultimately the job was done quickly and stayed on budget. We love our new semi-finished basement! The team was neat and curteous. We would definitely work with Paul again on future projects.

We had a terrible leak in our basement. My wife was extremely upset. We had someone come and give us a price to fix the problem and we were about to do it until my friend recommended Paul. My friend said he did an amazing job at his house. I called Paul, and he came in and figured out that wasn't even the problem and took a lot of time to explain that it made sense to us. He was 100% right the original company was going to charge us to fix something that wasn't even wrong. He fixed our problem and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and confident that the problem was fixed. He even called to check a year later to make sure everything was great. Not many companies care that much. Usually, they just want your money and you will never hear from them. My wife was extremely happy with everything Paul and his workers did. And that alone is hard to do. I never write reviews or recommend anyone but this is one company I would do both for.

Paul at New Horizon Homes LLC was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He came out to our house three times and was punctual and prepared each and every time. He also took his time taking thorough measurements and really understanding our needs and feedback. He even showed us some of his current work in the area which we got to walk through; it was beautifully done. Unfortunately, we decided not to move forward remodeling our house, but it was not for Paul. He was wonderful. If we were moving forward, we would 100% choose him. As a long time provider of residential home mobility products I've worked side by side in homes with many contractors, I've seen many good contractors, and some not so good, but I was particularly impressed with the knowledge, efficiency, cleanliness and attention to detail that Paul Addams and the New Horizon Homes team consistently demonstrated while I working on several home projects which I was part of. So, I didn't hesitate to call Paul when it came time for me to finish my own basement, and have Paul design a plan and finish my basement. Paul handled all parts of the job from clean-out to design to framing and finishing. He first waterproofed the basement floor and walls and they have been dry and healthy since.Paul also recommenced someone to handle my town permits, and even gave my wife names of stores to pick out plumbing and electrical fixtures, and every one of those store owners knew Paul and spoke highly of his work and reputation. My project was completed on time and I will be looking forward to using Paul and New Horizon Homes again when I expand my home

Paul and his crew did an amazing job on my kitchen renovation. From taking down bearing walls to putting in a steel beam to open the floor plan for us to install an island and granite countertops. They were very clean and professional . A complete pleasure to work with.
